I went to do my yearly car inspection. I was scheduled for 9:15 am. I was checked in right away and 5 minutes later my car was taken. I was done in no more than an hour. The service was great. The young lady that helped was courteous, thoughtful, and knowledgeable. The waiting area was comfortable and clean. The refreshment area was a nice touch.

Where very up front and honest about the terms of leasing and financing. They went out of their way to assist me in getting a car and getting the best deal possible. I had forgotten to bring the necessary paper work. As in pay stubs and or copy bills as proof of my residence. I didnt bring the pay stubs and I couldnt remember me email password so I could at least print them out my bank statements. I actually didnt think subcontiously I would be able to even get a car. I only went to look. They helped me Renew my insurance. Efrain fournier and his colleagues treated me with the out most respect and patience. He was very upfront and explained to me up front the costs of the Car and even gave me a lot of insight. He explained the terms and left it up to me to make the decision. I ended up driving off the dealership with a big smile with my New keys of an auto manual 2017 kia sorento AWD!!! Yes what an amazing experience thanks guys ....

He even made sure I received the lowest rate possible from my insurance carrier. If youre in the market for an auto, make sure you see Levi at Yonkers Kia. My initial contact was with Linora and she was extremely pleasant, courteous, and attentive. Andrew assisted with my final purchase and he was friendly and professional. Finally, I want to recognize Sal for his efforts. I decided to purchase my vehicle on the weekend after the banks were closed. Sal worked it out where I could take my auto home for the rest of the weekend, then pay the balance on Monday after the banks had opened. I cant say enough about my experience. I would recommend Yonkers Kia to anyone!

I am extremely disappointed with the sales people here as well as the service advisors in the service department. I cosigned for my daughter and she has experienced nothing but grief. The moment I walked in that place I was skived by the presence of their staff. I felt very uncomfortable, they made me feel rushed, stressed and they spoke over me and did not let me ask questions. How was I more educated about the vehicle than the salesman. No bueno, I do not recommend. Beware with caution!

When i went to yonkers kia for the first time i wasnt too impressed from the service i received but i was shopping around for a car then i went back on the site and saw a car that i was interested in i called and they said it was available me and my friend went check the car out it was perfect and then we spoke to steve he was the best sales rep ever he said we could leave with the car that same night i got excited we did all the paper work and everything but time was winding down and we couldnt leave with the car and the manager/owner of the auto mall gave us a brand new kia cadenza to keep for the night plus a voucher to get something to eat that night that was the best car buying experience i ever had the next morning all i had to do was bring back the kia sign my papers and i was on my way they the car i bought was a 2011 bmw 328i xdrive and that car has been awesome but i just had to let everyone know that this dealership is a good place to buy a new or used car it worked out well for me and i hope anyone else who goes there just see steve this guy isna good guy thanks ...
"Avoid This Dealership"
Stay away from dealership ,especially Michael Del Valle.Guy is soft spoken slick salesman. I paid in full to get a car with million dings on hood if whole staff had a dance on the hood .Went at cold wintry night time to see a car which they didnt have on lot(told me typically, it is available but wasnt),so i decided on another.Paid deposit & picking next morning.Guy would keep asking me for signing paperwork whereas i want to see the vehicle.Whenever i asked where the vehicle is,their answer was "its being washed,detailed". Hmm..why you need to detail a brand new car? Few items were missing (2nd Key FOB,fuse panel cover,trunk mat etc) which i was finally able to get it .(2 months later though) . Shame on me that i didnt inspect the vehicle thoroughly & its only a day later when i noticed a million small dings on hood.Now which unsuspecting buyer will thoroughly check things especially when its a new car.(Do you weigh if 250g bag is indeed 250g as advertised ? or check if each egg in tray isnt broken at grocery store) Shame on salesman Michael Del Valle who knowingly passed on the vehicle onto me.Detailing guy whispered fully in his ear that car has visual issues. Slick and smart but i am not sure how does that help these guys in long run. A potential buyer reading this review will be smart going into this dealership or smarter yet,avoiding totally. This review is being posted on every single social media outlets . I am a social media savvy and indeed intend to let others know my true experience. I would have posted very positive raving review if my dealing was better and i also would urge all other buyers who have had issues with this salesman or delearship to share reviews (dont we benefit from same kind of product reviews on amazon?). I didnt run this issue by manager Sal who seemed to be decent guy although i had only a 2 word talk the night of contract( i am not sure if Sal would have helped better ).Michael makes commission ,so this was his job.Guy is smart enough to come to work on off day to complete the sale but not smarter to reply to my emails describing the issues along with images. Mike i hate to do this kind of review but i gave you enough time to rectify which should been done long ago. Since its a brand new vehicle and i dont even feel comfortable to show it to friends & family from front angle,i let this guy know that i am even willing to pay to get this "new" hood cover changed at my expense.Its dealerships job to get new hood . I would also urge buyers who had issues to call Kia coorporation.Make a whole report,call them or send registered mail to kia.The whole game runs by nos. Manufacturers dont like too many complaints originating from a dealership either.Their incentives are based on nos. Apart from this,i am not sure how this shortsightedness helps dealership or Michael Del Valle. I had 3 guys lined up to atleast visit and see what they had on lot .My vehicle has no mechanical issue and i am fine but it will hurt delaership more than they could have imagined by trying to brush me off.If you past clients had issues,just post your issues and thoughts and share it . Bad or good,spread the word on every single social media and there are many out there .Call Kia and have them look into your issues if these guys ignore you. I will be thoroughly posting/sharing my experience(and my blog) so that some of you could be more vigilant.Check thoroughly even a car with zero miles.To begin with,avoid this place altogether and Michael Del Valle

I leased a car with yonkers kia, and the person dealing with my lease, Ron, was friendly, efficient, and gave me great prices for a 2017 Kia! This is the best experience Ive had with leasing a car, as the first experience was okay. Definitely will be leasing with Yonkers Kia again. They treat people extremely well and have great prices for the asking price.
