This was my very first car purchase and I couldn’t be any happier. I walked away with a 2018 Kia Optima. The sales man Moe went way beyond expected to give me the best deal. He dropped around 7 thousand on the car and even mad me walk away with zero down. I had so many questions to the point I think I was annoying him but he was very patient and professional and gave me his honest response.

We came in just to look at the new Kia Niro, because we were looking for a car with better gas mileage and the Niro had the answer at 52 mpg combined by EPA. We initially were looking at the FE (Fuel Efficient) model, and then after Frank Perales (Our Super Sales Person) worked his magic, we left with the showroom floor "Touring" model. Yes, we dropped down to 46 mpg combined EPA. For a hybrid, it doesnt even look remotely hybrid. It has all the bells and whistles of a BMW, without the BMW sticker price. If you need magic worked, and need a decent car. See Frank Perales, he will hook you up.

"Worst Experience Ever!"
I dont know where to begin. We bought a brand new Sorento SX 1 week ago. Suffice today I have a Nissan rental in my driveway to show for it. Not more than 5 days after we bought the car, the back hatch latch wouldnt close. We called service, that evening. They said to just roll it into the garage and wait till the morning when the rest of the service crew arrived at 7:30. The next morning, we call service at 8am they asked to call us back and didnt return the call until after 10 am. While waiting for service we decided to call our sales rep Larry Rueda, and we were told he doesnt come in until 10am. I could go on an on but to shorten the story. We wrote a letter to the General Manager David Choi two days ago and havent hear from him. Yesterday we asked the Sales Manager Mike Noble to help, he said he would forward our email up the chain. We called Mike today was told he has the next two days off. So 8 days after buying our new Sorento, we have a Nissan rental to show for it. This is absolutely the worst experience we have ever had buying a car. No sense of urgency or service whatsoever from this dealership. Stay away from this place
