I started the purchase process via internet, and eventually interfaced with Eddie, who provided me all the information I requested via email. As the information flowed, I had additional questions, and he was responsive every time. By the time I visited the dealership, and met Eddie, it was a pleasant buying experience, given that they delivered on all commitments, and did not attempt to the terms discussed via email, nor add additional items to the purchase.
