"Worst Experience"
Tried to purchase 2 vehicles , sales person in the phone told me they had 2 cars for the price Im asking for and told me to ask for the general sales manager when I come in and vehicles would be ready to test drive, I got to the lot and a young salesman has no idea whats going on , I asked to see the sales manager but someone else came , I asked again for the sales mgr , but the used car mgr came out , both telling me they cant give me the price I was quoted , finally I demanded the general sales mgr and he told me the same thing , I told him to call the person I talked to on the phone , to which I was repeatedly told he is u reachable at the moment , our conversation was recorded so the sales mgr offered to listen to it , he came back and said he couldnt hear it well then said he has to Waite for it to be sent to him. Then offered me the price on one of the vehicles I wanted , I said no due to the aggravation , both vehicles had issues like broken windshield and malfunctioning lifgate and missing accessories, I had enough of that dealership , I drove 2 hours to make the sale and they wasted my time and didnt even try to offer me alternative vehicles for the price or try to work with me , Ive never bin this disrespected and treated like a second class citizen than by this dealership , I would not return to or recommend it and I will be writing further reviews about my horrible experience .

"This Place Is A Mad House!!"
Those who wrote good reviews about this place obviously never been to any other new car dealership. The place is an absolute madhouse! First of all there is no customer parking and no space to maneveur your car once you trap inside. I and my family were there on a busy saturday and it took us nearly 4 hours to purchase our Outlander but guess what? We still had to go back to finalize our deal to sign the contract on monday and sat around another 1.5 hours.When we left with the vehicle that i purchased on saturday, i and our sales person were both agreed on "no down payment-0 interest" financing. However when i went back on Monday to sign the papers,their "reward winning financing person(!)" Jouse Alvarado told me that the bank is asking for $2500 down payment and he asked me how i would like to pay? I said i ll pay with my credit card but i will double check with the bank if they really asked for the down payment since our orig.agreement was with 0 down. All of a sudden he got offended and he shout out to the other people in the dealership"He does not wanna pay $2500,we need our car back!"(What a loser!!) I yelled at him back saying " i never said i dont wanna pay $2500". He said "he would not served me". Then the manager stormed in with the same nasty attitude at first but after i explained what happened he was more apologetic and we completed the transaction. If my family were not sitting in the car waiting for me to sign up the papers and leave,i would absolutly give them damn car back and walk away from their run down dealership. I guess they really think that they are the only car dealership in town. Horrible horrible experience...

Jason the Used Car Manager was the absolute best! Honest , upstanding man. He exceeded my expectatuons. I purchased a vehicle last week and found a small issue. He rectified it within minutes and answered all my questions and qualmed all of my concerns. I am so satisfied with the professionalism and his attention to customer service, I had to come home and write about it!

I love my Outlander and I had a wonderful experience here with my salesperson, Ralph Vassallo. He was pleasant, patient and professional at all times. He understood my financial situation and strove to create a deal that worked for me. He has been thorough in explaining how the vehicle runs and how the purchase process proceeds. Hes always been available personally to answer my questions by phone. I would recommend him without reservation. Of course it would be better for the planet to be driving a smaller vehicle, but if you need the room at least this vehicle has an Eco mode so you can burn less gas than you would otherwise. I understand Mitsubishi is developing a solar car, so maybe someday well all be able to drive vehicles as large as we want without worrying about harming the planet.

However, I wish Mitsubishi would create an option that runs on renewable energy (not electricity as a plug-in will probably still rely on dirty energy). Why not lead and create vehicles that run on solar or hydrogen power?

The service department sucks. They have my car for a week now to fix a few minor issues and a couple of scratches. Ive been trying to reach the service department for over 2 hours and NO ONE has answered the phone.

I called the day before to make an appointment with a sales rep and I was kindly greeted immediately when I entered the dealership and was into a car within ten minutes. I test drove a few cars, and the salesman was extremely helpful in finding a car that was right for me, and my budget! My salesman, Mario, was extremely helpful, kind, and professional. "Beware Of False Pricing"
They had a 2010 Chyrsler 300C that I was interested in and a few days later I noticed a price drop on Cars.com I then called the dealership to make sure the car was still available.and confirm the price. Well thats where the "fun" started. The real price for the car was $2000 more then as advertised unless of course you previously bought a car from the dealership and were trading that same car in on the new car. No where does this info show up on Cars.com. To make matters worse I kept getting phone calls from the dealership asking me to come and test drive the car without any consideration on the pricing. Finally get a voice message from Mario telling me he has "great news" for me so I think they finally decided to offer me the car at the advertised price. Wrong! Im done playing games with this dealership.

Went to the dealership after speaking with a gentleman that seemed very helpful and willing to help. Drove over an hour to look at a used car and trade one in. I have negative equity but was beyond willing to happily have it roll over to a new loan on a vehicle I actually wanted and was willing to accept whatever crappy interest rate was offered being that my credit isnt the best and every crappy unwanted fee and nonsense included in getting a used car. On top of that my car is literally in brand new shape and a newer car as apposed to the one that I was actually interested in trading it in for. Fact is he didnt want to hear what I had to say, he wasnt willing to work with me nor did he even care that I was sitting in front of him. To be honest I felt as though every last word that came out of my mouth to him was a waste of his own time. His response to me was you made a mistake got something ya didnt want, so now deal with it and just get on with life.......any sales man would have eaten me up and taken every bit of advantage of me and the sick part is that I was willing. He made it clear that if I didnt have thousands of dollars to toss into the highest end vehicle that would make him upfront cash and profit that he didnt want to be bothered. In all seriousness Im very fair and would never and probly have never left a review let along a bad one but this was the overall worst experience and biggest disappoint Ive ever experienced.
