October 2016 my sister and I were shopping for new cars because then my leased ES250 soon would be expired. I also received a coupon from Lexus for possibility waiver of the disposition cost if certain conditions met. We visited this dealership and met with Mr. Ryan Rice, the salesman. He was pleasant and eager to help. The final deal from Rice was if we purchased (2) GS350 (my sister and I), the disposition charge would be waived. We agreed and paid in full in cash. August 2017 I received a call from Lexus claiming the disposition cost was overdue. I was stunned. My nightmare started from this point on by getting harassments from Lexus, Toyota then collection. I contacted the dealership to resolve the dispute. Unfortunately Ryan Rice has moved out of state. I spoke to Houston Lustig, the Finance guy, basically he washed his hand off. Buyer beware this dealership! One thing for sure my families will not be return customers two years from now on. The experience terrifies me.

Evan helped me and although I called him to find out when the car would be ready to be picked up and got his voice mail, he called me back within a 1/2 hour. He then informed me that the service would not be finished before 6:30 p.m. He gave me the option to pick it up that evening or come the next morning. They quickly had my car ready for me in the morning. There was only one problem and that was, the mechanic had left a tool up inside my car and didnt realize it until after I left the dealership. Evan called and asked me to bring my car back in, which I did, even though I had to go the other direction for appointments, etc. Because I had to go out of my way to return the car, Evan told me that they would give me a discount on my next service.

I brought my car in for a service. RGD was great, as were the porters/valet guys. My only negative is that whoever washed my car, didnt take the time to clean my dashboard as it was dusty. Other than that, my experience was great

Took the opportunity to browse the show room and checked out the 2017 Lexus Hybrid RX 450 (2018 model is a potential replacement in 10 months when my current 2015 Lexus GS 350 lease expires).

I give particularly high marks to the service department, as they always accommodate my schedule and are very fair with their pricing. They always have a clean loaner ready for me so I can go on with my day while the repairs are being made. My car is cpristine and repairs are perfect so I can trust that Im safe on the road. Daniel Garza, Daven Anthony and the entire service team are always friendly, accommodating and respectful of me and my time. Dare I say, Im treated like royalty. Ive not had this experience at other Lexus dealerships....its been actually quite the contrary. I now travel from Marin County to have Daniel and his team take care of me...its worth it. Ive not found a dealer in Northern California I can trust....beyond bad experiences. It puts me at ease to know I dont have to worry about my safety...or that Im getting a bad deal. Trust is everything, and I trust South County Lexus service!

This is the second time Ive scheduled a service appointment with South County Lexus. Both times, they have graciously accommodated my scheduling needs, made available transportation, and are attentive, timely, articulate and thorough with communication and follow up. Ive been extremely impressed by the attention to detail, and respectfulness for my time/schedule. Follow up calls have been timely; they provide an estimate of when I will be contacted and each time have met that timeline. Service managers have been very friendly and knowledgeable. I am extremely impressed. Honestly, I purchased my vehicle in Arizona last year, however I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a good service experience. I can only imagine that the dealership sets high values and expectations for all departments.

Mike Porter sold us a car and Ted Bokhari was present when we picked it up. Both men did a superb job in making each transaction easy and smooth. Mike helped us select the best accessories for us and Ted explained everything and then some about the new car when it arrived. He explained how to operate it most efficiently and how best to maintain it. He arranged for our financing and had a young man sit with us in the cockpit and explain the dashboard and how to operate the various accessories. Every question was answered with as much time as it took for us to understand. And the big, red bow was a wonderful touch for my wife. All the staff with whom we interacted were pleasant and helpful. My salesperson, Greg Holley, found the car I was looking for in 2 days. He made the buying experience simple, fast, and enjoyable!! The delivery specialist explained all the bells and whistles my new car has, and made it pretty simple for a non-techie like me.
