I was shopping for a newer F250. Process was fairly easy. I drove 2 hrs from Long Island (for the prices). They had the one out I wanted to look at, the trade in offer was fair and they were able to help me get financed right there, so no 2nd trip. All in all process was painless and I am happy with my deal.

It was very good but the follow up is a little weak. I called about an issue with the navigation, it turns out that I was sold the car with an obsolete version of the navigation. I bought the car at the end of February 2016, a new version of the navigation was out in January 2016, now Im constantly getting messages on my navigation which disables the navigation.

I was directed to the waiting area where, even with the renovation, they had comfy seating, TV, desk area, coffee, and doughnuts. After a short time, they came in and said I was ready to go. Quick, simple, no problem! Great experience, and the staff is stellar!

"Always Gets It Right"
I HAD MY WINDSHIELD WIPER BLADES REPLACED ABOUT A MONTH AGO, AND ALL OF A SUDDEN THE DRIVERS SIDE BLADE WAS STICKING AND MADE A VERY LOUD SOUND. IT HAPPENED ABOUT FIVE TIMES THAT EVENING. THE NEXT MORNING I HAD ANOTHER APPOINTMENT IN THE AREA, SO I JUST DROVE OVER TO HAVE IT LOOKED AT. I WAS TAKEN RIGHT AWAY, THEY CHECKED EVERYTHING OUT, COULDNT FIND A PROBLEM WITH IT, SO THEY REPLACED THE BLADE FREE OF CHARGE, AND NOW IT WORKS PERFECTLY. IT MUST HAVE BEEN THE BLADE THAT WAS DEFECTIVE. I ALWAYS TAKE MY CAR IN FOR SERVICE HERE. THEY LISTEN TO YOU ABOUT WHATS WRONG AND THEY GET IT RIGHT ALL THE TIME. THANKS.

Staff is very helpful and professional. We had a concern about a regulator in our trucks driver window which quit at 40 thousand miles. My husband was not happy as it was only 4000 miles over warranty. On a Ford truck! Ridiculous! We did not think we needed an extended warranty on the best selling vehicle in America. When I was called to ask about our experience I told them how disappointed I was that this costly repair was not covered by Ford. They lowered the price on the install which was generous and contacted me to say that they would put in a claim with Ford to see if there was a chance of more reduction in the cost. Just that Pat called and made that offer , though we still have not heard definitely, was great.

I drove from upstate New York to see a 2009 Honda CRV that we found online at your dealership. Stephen Kaye was our salesman, and we found him to be very personable and friendly. It was a pleasure to deal with him. I drove home with the car and wasnt expecting to so it was a good experience. Im satisfied with almost every aspect of the car, except the backup beeper. It doesnt work right, and Ive called Stephen twice about it. Im still waiting for him to get back to me. Totally separate from my personal experience with my car, and as an outsider looking in, I noticed some of your sales personnel (excluding Mr. Kaye) were having nasty attitudes with each other. An internal issue, as they were all nice to customers. But dealing with each other, you could tell who was cranky that day. It didnt put on a very good show for customers who were conducting business nearby.

Service did great and the wait wasnt that long everyone in that department was very friendly . now PARTS is HORRIBLE ordered some stuff and supposably when I placed the order over the phone was fine everything was fine I ordered 4 wheel cover which I explained the guy what exactly I wanted and he said ok not a problem we will have everything for you ! When I arrive to ford and went over to parts to pick up my order First they couldnt find it took them like 10 minutes when they finally got it the guy walks over with the order and the wheel covered that I needed and everything was explained and I needed FOUR they ordered ONE and completely the WRONG thing . I DO NOT RECOMMEND PARTS at the Old American Ford Old Bridge very upset . Wont be ordering anything else from them .
