Great service at Puente Hills Mazda. in the past, Ive made it a policy to avoid using auto dealers for service due to perceived extra expense and waiting. But after having purchased the car there, Ive found the the Puente Hills Mazda crew are so friendly, professional, and efficient that I wont go anywhere else. They washed the car and driving away I felt the same way after having just bought it, happy and proud!

Mazda Puente Hills service was very good. I was taken right away and all my questions were noted. I have been having trouble with my blue tooth information and a service representative spent time correcting it. However, this is not against the service at Mazda, but something I want to take up with Mazda development itself. After the service representative took so much time fixing the blue tooth all my favorite contacts disappeared and I had to reenter them. All of blue tooth and all of navigation just does not seem to be working correctly in my car.

This is my second vehicle that I purchased in 2 months. The whole staff from the employees to the finance dept. Were extremely helpful/nice. The dealership was very clean and they offer you a drink the minute you walk it. Thats customer service. They dont pressure you and give you space to look around. As long as you do your homework ahead of time as far as what vehicle you like and the price, the buying process will go smooth. Justin helped me with my vehicle purchase. He was extremely nice! Good job Justin. I driove 30 miles for my 2 purchases ..... sooo worth it!

Filiberto (goes by Fiily - like Philly Cheasesteak! Lol) was very nice and easy to deal with. Also very attentive to our needs. Wei Wei was our finance person and he was very nice and explained all the paperwork that you have to sign very clear and concisely!

BEWARE...RUN..after buying a car here, someone from here has used my credit information fraudulently. created a real nightmare. can not get anyone to return my calls been put on hold 40 minutes Never go here other problems but this takes the cake Salesman Daniel Pacheco did not return calls either.
"Advertising Cars They No Longer Have?"
Contacted this dealer about a Mazda6, fast email response but it took 3 emails to find out that car was already sold. He kept pushing other Mazdas he had instead. When I questioned why the ad was still there he said 5hey were removing it. Well 3 weeks later its still listed. It makes me question whether they ever had that car, seems like a bait and switch. They continued to email me so I had to block them. Sorry.

Please let them know that I appreciated their service very much and I will be back for more maintenance on my car in the future. The price for Hyundai was a nice deal. I did have point out to the dealer that the price on cars.com was even lower than the advertised web price. They sold the car to me for the cars.com price. They were a little heavy handed on the extended warranty. I bought it but then cancelled it 3 weeks later.
"Beware Of Insulting Sales Mgr"
The dealership looks new, clean inside and out. Good sales people but the sales manager is the one youll need to watch out for. He was rude and will treat you like dirt. Sales manager went on explaining Business 101 and ended telling customers that they are wasting his time. Personally, I think the owner of this dealership should just let this idiot go. Theyve lost a sale because of this fool. You just dont insult customers. Would NOT Recommend.
