Living a complete nightmare after buying a car from them!! We traded in our existing car which they have still not paid off 3.5 months later and we now have forced NYS insurance on that car plus have to make the old car payments. They never filed the DMV paperwork and the temporary registration expired. We had to go to the state for another temporary registration. AND they never fixed the issue with the drivers door that existing when we bought the car even though they took it back for over 2 weeks. The absolute worst dealer. Do not keep their word on anything and now dont return a single call. Stay away!!

I just bought a BMW at this store, noel was my sales person. I spoke to noel three weeks ago, I kept canceling my appointment and rescheduling I wasnt even sure if I could manage a car payment . Noel never stopped calling me to find out what happened and finally I came in! the staff was professional and fast! I couldnt believe I was getting a car until I got the keys and drove away. The finance manager Billy was very professional and patient he went through every detail with me , I really felt like I was making the right decision. I was shopping for a good reliable car for my wife and she happened to find a vehicle in our price range at 1800PREOWNED. These guys are amazing!!!!! Wow...unbelievable dealer! I was welcomed so well. From seller to front desk and application loan all was great and friendly. When I arrived, I didnt believe that I will leave with the car I wanted. The seller found right away exactly what I was looking for and promised me that I will go home with the car. I didnt believe him but at the end, he was right and I left the dealer with my brand new car (used car but look new) with car insurance, DMV registration. They did absolutely everything. That was so GREAT. If I need a new car in the futur, for sure that is the dealer I will come back to. I recommend anyone who is looking for a car new or used to stop by that wonderful dealer. Overall at first I was a little skeptical based on the whole perception and stereotypes of used auto car salesman. But I beg the differ. Set off yesterday from the Bronx looking for a cash deal on a used Nissan Murano - had no idea how hostile/unpleasant buying a used car in NYC can be!
