"Great Car Buying Experience"

Late Friday night I inquired about a 2014 Cayman S that I found on cars.com. Saturday morning when the dealership opened David called me to set up a test drive and answer any questions. I arrived for my test drive an hour before the dealership closed. My salesperson Joel accompanied me on an enjoyable test drive. We came back after and worked out the numbers. I was the last customer on site that day and kept Joel, his manager Larry and Kaye from finance there past closing time. Not once did I feel like I was inconveniencing them. They were all friendly, knowledgable and helpful. I arrived the next day to pick up my freshly washed Porsche Cayman S. Once they returned from filling up the gas Joel took the time to go through the finer points and answer all of my questions. The facilities were impressive. The staff was great. I walked away with what I considered a good deal. This was the best car buying experience Ive ever had (3rd Porsche 12th car).Exactly what you should get when buying a luxury vehicle.

"2015 Gt3"

Thanks to Myron Grombacher and the Team at Auto Gallery- I took delivery of my new 2015 GT3 and the car is better than I expected. Three weeks ago I found the car online and made my initial inquiry and the contact at AG was Myron, he was easy to deal with and a few days, texts, emails, and a call or two we had a deal. "My Personal Experience"

I cant thank General Manager Eric for being so welcoming and treating us like family. The transparency in the deal making was really something Ive never dealt with and just a great experience and really a lot of fun plenty of laughs sales team had a great sense of humor (show respect get respect), I can honestly say we were a pain in the bumper type customer and the Auto Gallery showed patience and professionalism every step of the way. Happy with the purchase (hate the payment though) great establishment and if youre lucky Armen will take care of you in the service department. I wish the auto gallery nothing but success

"Just Test Drive Here - Buy Elsewhere"

I visited the dealership to get a deal done, but they were out of their minds with their pricing and haggling tactics. Just go there, act interested, test drive what you are interested in, then buy elsewhere. I tried to buy a car here, but the price was unreasonable compared to the rest of the market. So I test drove the car, smiled, and left.

"No Deal"

I was looking for a Cayman R. They have a nice car, not well equipped, and low mileage. They want a premium for this car, wouldnt budge on price, and offered well below trade for a 2014 Cayman S. They did offer to ship both cars to and from Texas. In the end, they were $5000 away from a win-win trade. I ended up finding a better Cayman R, far more options including PCCB, Bose/XM, Nav and CF sport buckets, with 1/3 the mileage as theres for $4000 less than their asking price. They tried, but not hard enough.

I was looking at the 1986 911 Turbo that was listed, but after the reviews I wont even waste my time. Im surprised this dealership is still even in business given the personnel hired.

staying away from here after reading reviews that they are scamming customers out of warranties. i didnt feel they were trustworthy after my first visit. they tried to bully me into buying a cheaper car when i tried bargaining. i could even hear them insulting me in the office. totally unacceptable..

"Not A Pleasant Sales Experience"

Visited the facility, took an amazing test drive. The next day I was ready to purchase to vehicle when my experience quickly drifted down hill. The sales persons negotiating skills lacked basic salesmanship. Ive had better experiences with root canals than dealing with this dealership. Found the same vehicle in a different color for 5 percent less than his apparent walk away price. I would not waste your time visiting this dealership.

Thanks to all the reviews I read. Good thing there is a place we can see feedbacks from the clients. I am not going to this dealer and thats how they will loose customers. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Customer service: Misrepresentation of facts Buying process: minefield, Get a PPI & DO YOUR OWN HOMEWORK. Facilities: All there Cars are just baking in the heat!!! No parking also!

"Unethical!"

Myron Grombacher is a very unethical sales person. I live out of state and in good faith sent in a 25k deposit on a vehicle that had almost 20% more miles on it than I was told. The manager Derrick was even worse refusing to return my money, deliver my car and threatened to keep my 25k and take legal action against me for deception. Stay away from this dealership!!

"Not A Pleasant Experience."

Ive had service done here on another make of car and came back for another new Porsche. Sales staff were mediocre and the dealerships pricing policy with extreme markups ridiculous. Sales manager twice promised to call me, never did. The days of buyers with more money than sense are SO over!
