I would have gave it all 5 stars as I had a wonderful experience. Don and the manger was amazing at helping me get out my lease and into a new finance in the car I wanted with a payment that worked for me. As I have been repairing my credit and it is not the best they were able to really help me. Now why I can not give it a 5 is only because something happened with my contract and I now have to drive back there with hubby to resign paperwork. I love about 45 mins away it is a little incovience. But in general this is my second purchase from this Kia and both times I had a wonderful experience.

I drove away with a 2017 Sorento for a little more money each month but as a lease so now I have 1 less year of payments and a brand new car with a full warranty, roadside assistance and a few free oil changes. They even took my old car as a trade, and required no money down. (And mind you, my credit rating is far from great.) I would recommend Gateway Kia to anyone. Went shopping for a used car, but left with a new one I never thought I would qualify for or afford.

I have been bringing my Kia Optima back to Brunswick Kia for oil changes every since I purchased my car over a year ago. I can say that the Service Specialist Maurice is a very knowledgeable and amiable guy. When ever Maurice is there, he gives me a straight forward answer to all of my questions without any run arounds. He keeps me informed about the maintenance performed on my vehicle as well as any future maintenance that may be needed (ie:changing my tires, filters). He has never suggested any bogus repairs. Finally, a service department that doesnt try to take advantage of their consumers. I am VERY HAPPY with my Kia Optima from Brunswick KIA. Their service is A1 from the sales department to the service department. I have recommended friends to buy from Brunswick Kia. If youd like a reliable car, with no sales reps breathing down your neck, Brunswick KIA is the way to go!

Leased a 2017 Kia Sportage from Mike. The finance department was overwhelmed with paperwork, which mine was missed printed on the day of purchase and I drove away not knowing until 2 days later when I received a phone call that I had to go back to resign the paperwork . Mike and Sal did reimbursed me for the toll and they did fill my tank up with gas. Overall everyone was nice but when you have a big sale you need some help in the finance department so paperwork doesnt get missed printed.

Turned in my 2013 KIA Optima off of a lease, Mike the salesman was not pushy but he didnt have too much knowledge of the 2016 KIA Optima that I was buying. The finance dept was overwhelmed by the amount of paperwork that the customers that were buying the new cars, had to fill out. It turned into a four hour ordeal. Came in at 12:30PM left 4:30PM.

I was shopping around for a Dodge Durango for months and I went to a slew of dealerships that were trying to "bait and switch" me. I live in Queens and I went to their Bushwick New Jersey Location and from the time I walked in they treated me with such professionalism, I wished I had discovered them months before. They were courteous and honest and the entire transation was very pleasant. I drove off with the EXACT car I wanted and not only that, they contacted me a few days later just to make sure I was happy with my purchase and if there was anything else they could do...CUSTOMER SERVICE at its finest!!! They were able to obtain me the rate I wanted and they even offered me 2 "FREE" oild changes good for 1 year and 1 "FREE" tire rotation for 1 year!
