Our second vehicle purchased from Prestige, and we went right back to the salesperson who helped us the first time, Raul Reis. Hes straight-forward, no pushy sales gimmicks, or flashy "infomercial-type" sales pitch which was so refreshing and appreciated. Never did Raul try to push us into a car thats best for his bottom-line, but rather he looked out for what best met OUR needs in terms of the type of vehicle we needed and price. Hes experienced, knows his stuff and has answers right away. He accommodates you in any way he can and makes purchasing a vehicle seem like the easiest thing on earth. The finance department is very fair, friendly and treats you like a person, not just a sale. We purchased our first vehicle 3 years ago and have had no problems with it at all. The second vehicle we just purchased is of super quality as well. Well be back again for another when our daughter goes to college for sure as we know well be getting her a vehicle that we can depend on. And of course, well be going back to Raul!! I am not a big fan of car shopping. Not only have my friends and relatives all told me plenty of dealership horror stories but I have a few of my own. My brother bought a car last year at Prestige Auto Mart and actually had a good experience. So he recommended I go there for my new car. I looked online first and noticed that they not only have a ton of cars but the also have a very diverse selection. I wasnt exactly sure of what I wanted but knew I needed good gas mileage, room for my family, and my payment range is pretty tight. When I got to Prestige i was greeted by Tony Mendoza who was very friendly. He surprised me by actually helping find a car that fit my specific needs not just my monthly payment. My credit has some issues so I was worried about being able to get a decent car too. I was surprised that I was about to get low mileage 2013 Chevy Sonic. Although it looks small it had plenty of room inside for my family, is great on gas, and has lots of cool options. Best of all it is perfect for my budget. Thank you so much Tony for listening to me and helping me find the PERFECT CAR!!! You and Prestige are awesome and I will be sending all my friends and family to you. Oh yeah they also paid my brother a $200 referral check for sending me down. WOW!!!

Lets see. I went into Prestige with a certain car in mind a convertible Mini Cooper. I met my sales person Matt Lewis who was extremely polite as were all the other workers in the dealership. It made me instantly feel at ease that I was not going to be taken for a "ride". They needed pay stubs which I did not have with me at the time so one of the sales managers graciously let me use his computer while he was having lunch no less. extremely accommodating I thought to myself as I was able to print my pay stubs in a few minutes which made the whole process go very smoothly. I am in sales and was treated how I would personally treat a customer. That is with respect. If you are thinking of buying a car do not think twice about dropping buy and giving Matt Lewis a holler. He will do his best to find you the right car in your budget. You honestly can not go wrong shopping there.

Fabio DaSilva made it happen. He got a great truck at an awesome price. I was allowed to take an actual test drive and actually feel the truck out rather than around the block. I was able to drive out that day, however, due to unforeseeable circumstance at no fault to the dealer or I, the truck wouldnt start the next morning. Fabio stuck with me through the service process and got it taken care of. They also helped me out with a no cost loaner so there was really no stress. I never give anywhere a poor review, so when I do its because of poor treatment and customer service. Dropped my truck off on the 6th and was promised the truck later on that night. About an hour before pick up they tell me they need an extra day. THIS WENT ON FOR FOUR DAYS. They wouldnt give me a loaner car even though I was within my first 30 days of buying the vehicle. I get my truck back from service after four days and 2 of the issues still go unresolved. They care about the customer right up until you sign your name and then you no longer exist. Most unprofessional place Ive been to.
