This is my first car in about 10 years and I can honestly say I was TERRIFIED to shop for a car. I hate playing the negotiation game. My brother referred me to Zeck Ford. He purchased a car online and was extremely happy. Being able to get all the details online, I felt confident going into the dealership. And working with Cam Decker made me definitely feel comfortable. I was honest with him....and he was honest with me! What more can you ask for? He explained everything in great detail and was patient with all of my questions. Arriving at 5pm with a vehicle that limped in, I left in my beautiful FUSION about 8:45. All car buying should be this way. Thanks Zeck Ford and Cam and Mike in finance, I am so happy with my new car!

Fran was great with us. It is a Ford dealer and we went in to see a car for my daughter but we ended up giving my daughter my wife’s car and getting my wife a used upgrade. Fran was low pressure and was all about helping us make the decision that is best for us. We ended up buying a Toyota from the used lot in a great mileage position. It also only had one key, so he bought us one to make things easy.

We traded in two vehicles for a new F150 with Melissa and received exceptional customer service from her and all other staff. We arrived shortly after they opened on a weekend with our 2 year old and everyone there made sure to provide any assistance they could to help keep our child entertained. We test drove a couple of trucks we had picked out ourselves and Melissa also suggested a couple of others after she made sure what we were wanting in our new vehicle. I recently bought a 2015 F150 from Zeck Ford. They made the process as pain-free as they could and were very upfront about the vehicles they were showing me. Josh Stillian worked closely with me in person and on the phone to make sure I was getting exactly what I wanted. He worked around my schedule and didn’t pressure me. Josh was knowledgeable and extremely personable. The manager I spoke with, Jace, was attentive, efficient, and polite. Overall it was a very positive experience, and I would happily recommend Zeck. That being said I’m glad I financed through my bank since it kept my interaction with the finance manager as brief as possible.

I have purchased several new vehicles over the course of many years. Ive NEVER had a better experience than that with Zeck Ford. I visited the lot on three different occasions to browse through inventory. I was never once pounced on by a salesperson. When I was ready for a salesperson after identifying potential vehicles, it was about 1 minute until I was linked with a professional sales representative, Fran Weis. Fran was professional, knowledgeable and helpful. He answered all of my questions to my satisfaction. He provided candid pros and cons for each of the vehicles I considered. I was never pressured to make immediate decisions. I returned to the dealership several times and he always made himself available to meet my needs, even if it meant multi-tasking for him. He was responsive whenever I contacted him. I am convinced that he helped me make the right decision and purchase the right truck for me. The price and negotiations were fair and, again, pressure-free. Ive never had a more thorough orientation to my new vehicle as I received at Zeck. Once again, totally professional and thorough. I felt I was treated absolutely fairly and professionally throughout the process. Would I recommend Zeck Ford? Heck yeah! I have NEVER had a better car-buying experience....EVER.

My family and I recently purchased a vehicle from Zeck Ford in Leavenworth Kansas. I worked with Cameron Decker throughout the entire sales process. Cameron was well prepared for my visit and very knowledgeable of the inventory on the lot. After a brief meeting as to what type of vehicle I was looking for he made a few suggestions and then we hit the lot so he could show me the vehicles. He had an in-depth knowledge of the vehicles we were looking at and went above and beyond to make sure I was able to see everything available in order to make an informed decision. Although it was a very busy Saturday afternoon, I received his complete undivided attention and he made my family feel like we were the most important customers in the store. He provided a very informative, low pressure environment which allowed my family to walk away knowing that we got the best deal available on our new purchase.
