The wait was exceptionally long. When I got the car they didnt fox anything. I had no wipers and they didnt change my vents. I had to bring the car back after I left. Then I was told they had to order the items.

I was supposed to get a free oil change and the service person told me that Ill have to pay for the oil change after they said that they were going to do it for free they never did my tire rotation come to find out after all this stress they rold me that I had for 4 free oil changes with tire rotation they did not do my tire rotation I was told to come back another day my inspection was supposed to be done and they forgot I had to bring my car back so they could inspect my car service from the service people before my car gets serviced they are very bad.

I did not receive my license plates prior to my temp tag expiring. Contacted the dealer numerous times and was always sent to voicemail. Tried calling to speak to a manager and was on hold for over 10 minutes so I hung up. Contacted Chrysler Corp headquarters and when they tried contacted the dealer they were transferred twice and then disconnected. I finally did get a call from the dealer telling me that my plates would be overnighted but of course now it will be a week after temp tags have expired.
