Of course this has transferred over to me & Im always concerned when it has to go in for any repair, etc. Ive always had Debbie G.as my service rep & she knows me well. I have high praise for her. Mike the service rep who recently took care of me is also high on that list. Hes very caring, respectful, professional & attentive to any concerns I might have. Even Billy the mechanic who worked on my car was very caring. So when I leave Downs Ford it gives me great piece of mind knowing my car was looked after with care.

While the people are very nice and very friendly, an oil change should not take almost 2 hours, especially when I have an appointment and waiting. I have the place another chance and made an appointment for an oil change, new wipers and an alignment. I was told it would take 2 hours. I kept calling because they werent keeping me updated and it took them just over 6 hours. I wont be back. My time is too valuable.

ONE COMPLAINT: AFTER I got home I carefully read the sheets of paper that were my service report. On the last page the technician hand wrote" Breaks getting low recommend replacement soon" What does "soon" mean? As soon as possible or my next oil change in 5,000 miles? My call back to the service center gave me only a receptionist who said "soon" meant two or three months. I would have preferred that someone had alerted me to to this BEFORE I paid and left with my car.
