I bought used car, Hyundai, from this dealer. At first, my car had floor mats and nest in trunk. After I took it from seller, the floor mats and nest dispeared and I asked for floor mats with seller he said “there were not floor mats!†A few day later, he contracted me back and he would reimburse for me $20!!!!!! That doesn’t cover for floor mats not even close. I just want my floor mats back.

I have a 2002 F 150 for which I have about $20,000 worth of extra parts put into it. I was having problems with the transmission so I decided to take it to the Ford dealership to see what it would take to get it repaired. When I talked to the service manager he very rudely explained to me that it would be at least a week before they can look at my truck. I told him it wasnt a problem I didnt mind waiting I just needed to get my truck looked at. I was then told that there is a $220 diagnostic fee and he wanted to make sure that I could afford to pay it. The transmission in the truck that I have has a 3 year warranty. I explained to him that the company told me to take it to Ford have them figure it out and if it needed a new transmison they would send it. He doubted the information I gave him and said that the company probably wont honor warranty. He kept going back to the part about how much it would cost to fix and if I could afford to pay that much. Again I explained to him that money was not the object Ive owned over twenty ford vehicles in the past and I realized that they break and I dont mind paying to have them fixed. Finally after about 10 minutes of going back and forth about if it was even possible for them to fix my truck I decided to leave and take my vehicle to Aamco. As I stated before Ive owned many Ford vehicles Ive dealt with their dealerships for over 20 years. I have never been confronted by such disrespectful service people ever. Take my advice and drive to Bloomfield or Enfield will get a lot better service out of those Ford dealerships.

This is the second time I have an amazing experience with Mike Warner. I got to purchase a 2014 Ford Escape and even though the buying process (to me is when you go into the other room and talk to the person that gets a bank approved for you to finance it) was very rude, Mike made an effort to seek out higher ups and got us a very nice deal! I have not rated "quality of repairs" because I still have to go to my appointment for a little dent that I have, but the fact that he even noticed that and told me I am able to get that fixed with no cost just goes to show that he pays attention to details and wants you to have the best experience while buying a car. Without a doubt, I know that my repair appointment will go smoothly and and I know I will be coming back to him in the future!

I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Ford Explorer XLT from Hoffman Ford, and had a terrific experience from start to finish. The salesperson, Freddy Calderon, made this experience simple and very quick! I entered the dealership without an appointment on a Thursday on my way home from work. Freddy immediately sat down with me and listed to me describe the type of vehicle I was looking for and my price range. He identified the vehicles on the lot that fit my criteria, and suggested a specific one that he thought I might like to test drive. I was able to test drive the vehicle that day and then take information home to review further. When I followed up though email with additional more questions the next day, I received an immediate response and was able to make a decision on Saturday to purchase the vehicle. I was amazed that Freddy and the team at Hoffman were able to get the paperwork and vehicle ready for me to take home that same day! What a great experience!

"Way Too Long Of A Wait"
I went in for "The Works" on my 2011 Ford Fusion. Waited almost TWO HOURS for them to complete it after they pulled it into the service area immediately upon arrival. Had another gentleman come into the waiting room a half hour after me for the same service on his 2014 Ford Escape, and was done 10-15 minutes BEFORE me. No real explanation given except that the service writer was waiting for the tech to finish his write-up on my vehicle. Im sorry but why did mine take an extra 45+ minutes when nothing was found wrong on either of our vehicles??? When I called the service manager I got his voicemail (outbound message was from 2/12 btw....might want to update that). Hoping to hear back today, if so MAYBE I will change my review depending on what I am told by him, but as of right now I am NEVER going back to their service department.

I feel good with my purchase of my Ford F-150. Jason Grant was very professional. Once I saw the truck I wanted, I had Jason running back and forth for me (haggling). He never gave me attitude or gave me the sense he didnt want to attend me any longer. After I bought my vehicle Jason still would check with me to make sure I was satisfied with my vehicle. Trust me Im not easy when it comes to spending a dollar. But Jason made the process comfortable and I save a good amount of money, due to him being dedicated with the haggling process . My husband and I just leased a new 2016 Ford Fusion. This was our first time buying/leasing a new car, but not our first time car shopping. My experience with everybody at Hoffman, especially Freddy Calderon, was absolutely wonderful!!! He took the time to answer all our questions, phone calls, and text messages. He went out of his way to help us find a balance between price and features and he did it without being aggressive. He was very knowledgable but if he didnt know the answer to a question he was honest. Instead of finessing an answer he took the time to find the information and got back to us very quickly. I really respected that! Someone once told me, "It doesnt matter how nice a car dealer is. Your not buying the dealer, your buying the car." This is true but finding the right dealer makes a huge difference. We did our research. We shopped around. But the quality, price, and service at Hoffman was undeniable. Had a terrific experience recently at Hoffman Ford. Brought my car in for trade, they gave me a fair price and I purchased a Certified Used Vehicle at a very good price. I was able to do the entire transaction in a single visit. Bryce Piper, the General Sales Manager, and Richie Gonzales the Salesperson were both very friendly and helpful. They were totally focused on making sure I had a positive customer experience. There was a slight service glitch after the sale, and everything was taken care of without any issues. This is the best car purchasing experience I have ever had - Hoffman and these individuals are highly reccommended!

I contacted Ron Brunelle about a week ago, as the sales manager. I was looking for a very specific Explorer for my son and Family. We had gotten a great deal from a dealer in New Jersey, but they could not locate the car. Ron immediately said that is a challenging deal but I can work with it. He then spent the day trying to locate the specific car and negotiating to acquire it. He never gave up. He did finally get the car a few days later and we must say the buying process was well organized and the Delivery instruction presentation was very good, for such a complicated vehicle . My Wife and I came in to Hoffman Ford in East Hartford CT. We were looking to trade in an 06 Subaru Tribeca for something newer. We really liked the looks of the Ford Edge. When we got to the dealership for our appoint the salesman Marco Ortiz was waiting for us we sat and got to know each other. My wife and I let him know exactly what we were looking for. He showed us a beautiful 2011 Ford Edge Sport in black. We drove it and liked even more. We decided to talk numbers, which can be stressful, the going back and forth. But we told Marco we didnt want to waste anyones time and said this is what we can afford and only want to use the trade in towards the down payment. We were firm and he understood. He said give me a moment and let me go to work. After a few moments we received a deal that we felt was more than fair. The folks at Hoffman Ford made it easy. We saw what we wanted worked out a fair price and a few hours later we were driving home in our new car. Fran in the finance office was great too. We will definitely return to Hoffmans in the future. My wife and I were made to feel liked valued customers all our concerns were addressed and we couldnt be happier with Marco in sales and Fran in financing. Thanks again guys!

Ive spent a week trying to reach someone in the service department to schedule an appointment. I dont want to schedule online as I have some questions and want to talk with someone. Every time I call I have to leave a voicemail message, and the quickest Ive had a call back has been five hours. Ive missed the call back each time as Im at work and cant always take the call. I return the call and the process starts all over again. My last call was over twenty four hours ago and I still havent heard back. This is a ridiculous way to run a service business. Ive now given up and will be taking my car for service somewhere else from now on.
