I can say for sure that it was easy to give this dealer 5 stars, I have recently bought a 2004 Toyota Tacoma from them and it was the fastest process compared to previous dealerships I have bought cars from!! Cesar was the man that came and greeted me when I first walked in to just look at the cars, he had asked me what type of car i was looking for and I told him a low profile truck, which he then recommended me the Tacoma. I had spent a few minutes giving it a test drive and seeing how I liked it and I was hooked so I had told Cesar that I would like to make the purchase of this vehicle, even with my bad credit it was a pretty fast process compared to some dealers I was previously with in the past. I will gladly recommend this dealership to my family and friends and I will be buying here again soon!!

Im a first time buyer, and I was looking for a used car for the past 2 months at a great price, and somebody recommended me this place from when they previously bought a truck from here. The owner Cesar Charolet greeted me right away when I pulled up and liked how nice the workers were there and I had spent less than a few minutes here and caught my eye on a 2006 Infinity G35. I had told the owner that I would like to buy that car, and it only took 20mins to get approved and drive out with my new car!! Came in to buy a used car. They got me in and out, approved fast. I dont have the best credit but they got me into the car I wanted and then some. I would send any of my friends and family here. Great selection of cars, also they give a good warranty when most places cars are "as is"

Just purchased a minivan from Zacatlan Motors. Giovanni and Esteban were very friendly and helpful. They worked with us to get the price we needed and got a lower interest rate than our credit union. They have a great selection of very clean cars. I would definitely recommend to anyone!

First of all I was looking for a curtain truck,color and had to be a Cadillac Ext and there it was up on the upper rack as a showcase. I climb up and into the cab not only was the exterior imaculant the interior was spotless. I said to myself this is the one. It drove as good as it looked it was flawless!! All the staff was very kind, respectful and encouraging that they could get the lowest finance rate for my women and put me in my Cadillac. What really sold me about each staff member was there HONESTY they are real people which is hard to find in the dealership business. They told it like it was, what they can do and what they cant do. Well to make a long story short Im in my dream truck Thanks to ZACATLAN MOTORS!!!! Zacatlin Motors is one of the best dealerships in the southern California area. There staff greet you warm, respectful , honest, and helpful. I purchased a 2004 Cadillac Escalade Ext it was immaculate from the inside to the outside , it drove like a new truck. It was well worth the money and they did all they could to get it financed for me and there honesty really help me to decide this is where I want to perchase my vehicle. Went out with my son to test drive a car, couldnt believe how friendly and staff here was, basically threw me the keys and said go have fun, and see how she does. Came back to dealer, wanting the car, it took some doing cuz my credit wasnt the best, but they figured out a way to make it work, 45 minutes later, my son was driving his car home!!!

This is a horrible "dealership". They prey on people and will tell you what they want to hear. Dont be Ieve them. My car blew up 2 days after purchase. They will misrepresent the car and lie on the paperwork. Dont buy a car from them unless you want to get scammed

I bought a used car from Zacatlan that was exactly what I wanted. I do not have the best credit because I am student with student loans, and they were still able to finance me at a rate I could afford. They were very understanding, and I did not feel judged at all when they looked over my credit and budget. After some time i needed repairs done on my car and they were very quick to refer me to a good fast mechanic. I will definitely buy my next car here and recommend them to all my friends and family. Usually I am skeptical and afraid to buy a car from a small dealership, but Zacatlan was very professional and willing to help me no matter what. Overall I had a great experience and feel like I got my moneys worth.

there isnt alot of dealers out there that help u out...trust me i went there jus to look nd came out wit a clean bagged silverado..very respecful nd helpful i extremely reccomend..i was a first time buyer wen i went nd they got me my truck wit only 1,000$ down...i had gone to anther used dealer they wanted 4,500 down for a similar but less fixed up truck..with only 10,000 more miles...give them a call there nice nd will help u out
