After going on a marathon of dealership visits, Puente Hills Volkswagon was a breath of fresh air. A calm and friendly environment. When I called to check the availability of the car, there wasnt any pressure to give my phone number or set an appointment time. Marc helped us out, let us take an extended test drive. We liked the car, and the sales process was quick and smooth. Fantastic experience
"Horrible Customer Service"
Horrible customer service, I asked for a car that was listed on their website it took them so long to reply and I was talking to the internet sales manager it took him a day for him to answer my emails, really bad experience I would not recommend this dealer, it took them way to look to get an approval, that the car that i wanted was already sold, and whats worst was I received an email saying you got approved and 2 hours later another email saying the car has been sold already, THIS CAR DEALER IS HORRIBLE !!!!
"Disappointed"
I started my car search knowing exactly what I wanted, it was just a matter of if a dealer had it or not. I finally found the car I had been looking for on Puente Hills website. I drove about an hour and half to negotiate and purchase the used car. My previous car was the exact same model, just a year earlier, so I knew how the car drives, what the features are etc. And thank god I did, because the salesman did not know a thing about the car. He could not have been more disinterested in selling me this car. He seemed unknowledgable, unengaged, and unfamiliar with the Puente Hills process. He did not even know the sticker price on the window (which was different than that online). His ignorance only made it easier for me to negotiate - for example, he said that prices online are generally $1,000 less than on the lot because they want online prices to draw people in. Funny thing was the online price was only $300 less than the price of the car on the lot, so I easily took off another $800. He seemed confused throughout most of the process, and couldnt carry a conversation. All the questions I had (such as, how much longer until the original dealers warranty expires?) were met with responses such as ummmm, I think maybe 7 months?. You think maybe?. The process was uncomfortable, and thankfully for him, I had done ample research and knew that I wanted that particular car and knew exactly what to look for. I had come to the conclusion that the car was a great deal, and just what I was looking for, so he got his commission. At the end of the ordeal they give you a survey to fill out, which I hesitated to fill out truthfully because he hovered over me while I was sitting in the car I had just dropped $2,000 on as a down payment and was ready to pull away in after 4 hours of horrible service - I just wanted to get out of there!

I saw a 2007 E350 online and made a cash offer over the phone with Vick a real go getter. he gave me a great deal. I drove all the way from Escondido for this car because no one in the area could match this deal and it was well worth it. the whole Puente Hills Volkswagen team is great to deal with. I was in and out in no time. just the way I like it with a great car I will enjoy for years to come. You can not go wrong with these guys.

"Plays The Sales Game"
I sent an email, specifically asking to be contacted via email. An hour later, I get a phone call. No only did they disregard my request to be contacted via email, it seems like they didnt even read it. I listed my trade in cars, year, model, make, mileage, transmission, color and options in the email. Of course the sales guys asks me for all that info when he calls. Seems like he just want to get me on the phone to do his sales game. Not digging them at all.
