My experience at Mercedes Benz was awesome!! As a female, I felt as though many of the other dealerships didnt take me seriously as a buyer. I wasnt given adequate time and attention which is extremely frustrating. Javier showed me his full respect and made sure I was fully taken care of. I have been car shopping for a while now and have came across a lot of people who simply just didnt take the time to work with me, that was not the case here! I finally left a dealership not feeling pressured, I would highly recommend this place if your looking for a friendly and easy process to buy a car!!

Coming in for my 30,000 mile maintenance check has been a very smooth process. I called last minute for an appointment and they were able to squeeze me in ...i decides to wait for the car and hang out in their waiting area, coffee fruit and cookies is provided, just sit and relax and watch tv. My service advisor was John and he was very courteous/attentive and well informed with the needs of the car. Ill be back again within 10,000 miles.

Didnt feel like a high end dealership that you would expect from a Benz place. People were ok but I felt like I was in Hyundai dealership. You cant beat a Mercedes Benz car- but this dealership felt old and was missing that luxury feeling.

Ill be the first to tell you that I HATE CAR DEALERSHIPS and Ive had bad experiences with them in the past. First off my sales person "Surinder" needs an award and should be the employee of the month. I was in the market for a new car because the car that I had was a 2007 and it was showing its age and since I had bad experiences with dealers in the past I decided to look online. I saw this 2013 Mercedes-Benz that I feel in love with and decided to put in an application. Within minutes I get the first call informing me that they are working on my app. Minutes after that call Surinder calls and begins updating on whats going on. Ive played this game before and wasnt expecting much bit throughout the day he called periodically to update me and from that point I was impressed by how genuine and hardworking he was, Ive never experienced that before from a dealer. The deal was completed that night and I was shocked. Not only did I get my Mercedes, I got a 2015 to which I wasnt expecting at all. Good job Mercedes Benz Bakersfield
