"Best Experience"
I just wanted to compliment Jerry who I was lucky enough to come across when I called for the car. He was super professional. To be honest when first calling I didnt expect same customer service as I am used to receiving at a luxury line dealership and I was totally fine with it. When you buy $100,000 car and a $10,000 there is a difference in service. Thats is given and its normal. But the service and follow up provided by Jerry was same as when I bought $100,000 car. Jerry went above and beyond and accommodated in every way possible. They sold the car which I initially called for and he even offered to drive 50 miles to their other location who had similar one. I hope the management of the store and Hertz is reading this and recognizes how good of a guy they have working there. Thanks Jerry! If you are looking for a great deal on a car and want a great service Jerry is your guy!
"A Very Pleasant Experience"
My search for a late model, used, mid-level sedan ended when I purchased a 2013 Hyundai Sonata from Hertz Car Sales in Pasadena. In general, the used cars on a Hertz lot are consistently priced lower than what youll see for the same make, model & mileage elsewhere. So much so that even if you decide not to purchase from them, you would do well to make yourself aware of their offerings to use as leverage in your negotiaiton process. But why not purchase from them? I found the dealership here (Pasadena) as well as the one in Norwalk to be staffed with friendly, knowledgeable people. And their low prices (set by the corporation at a level removed from the specific lot) lead to a refreshing, "no-haggle" policy. You already have the lowest price, and theyre more than happy to give you an "out the door" estimate with tax, title, etc. which you can easily take elsewhere in your search (to compare apples with apples). When you do that, youll realize the excellent value that some of the cars on their lots represent. Its impossible to predict what everyone may be looking for when shopping for a used car, and theres no substitute for "doing all of your homework". Its a lengthy and complicated process, with many parameters to consider. But it would be a mistake for anyone to exclude Hertz from that process. I would recommend Hertiz in general, and the staff at Pasadena in particular, to anyone.

They lie about the cars they list on cars.com . Theyre advertising a Kia Soul ! but when we got there it was an inferior Base model. They knew about the mistake but left the car listed on the site.
"Very Fair Prices"
I wish all the dilers would be like that. Works like store. You see the price you come in you buy the car. No negotiation process needed. The price that I paid for toyota camry 2011 was the price that I would pay for camry 2009. Couldnt find a better deal.
All prices plus government fees and taxes, any finance charges, a dealer document preparation charge of $80.00, and any emission testing charge.
