If I have the time to wait I love just sitting in your dealership and I can use the work stations or if I feel like relaxing there are at least 4 different TVs that I can sit in a comfy chair. Frank is always helpful and updates me on my car if I am waiting or if it needs a more time for a service.

Warranty service, including a tire rotation resulted in my tire pressure monitor being disconnected and a return trip to have it fixed. One week later I am returning because my car vibrates at speeds over 60. Wheel alignment? Tires out of balance? Whichever, I will be charged to have it fixed. Id have been okay with that, but, as they were rotating my tires, why could that not have been checked before releasing the car to me? Oh...if they couldnt be bothered to reconnect the sensors, why would they care to check my alignment or balance? 3 visits instead of 1 leaves me a suddenly very dissatisfied customer.

I came in for recall work on my Saturn. Ray helped me throughout the process. He was extremely pleasant and professional. He explained each recall and what it meant. Explained how much time each process would likely take and even explained what could happen and how long that would take. I felt extremely comfortable leaving my vehicle at your dealership. He went above and beyond just the service of my car though! We had traveled from Anaheim to have the work done and knew nothing of the area. Ray gave us tips and ideas on what was available to do and what the best way to go and return was. Ray called when the repairs were done and when I told him where we were coming from, he gave me tips on freeway times and alternate routes to help us out. While our initial intent was recall work, I was so impressed by the additional family care, I wont hesitate to return to your dealership when we begin looking for a new vehicle!

The new Keyes Chevrolet facility is a showplace that is actually pleasant to spend time in. The staff is courteous and helpful. Its a pleasure to take my Saturn in for service here. The only caveat now is the phone system which must be upgraded. Long wait times and dropped calls are a problem.

My Service Department contact, Rene, has been the nicest, most courteous person Ive worked with since I purchased my 2013 Cruze back in January of this year. He seems to actually care about the customer, and as a former retail business owner, that means a lot to me. My disappointment comes from the fact that in my last two visits, a job that should have only taken a hour to ninety minutes kept me waiting between four and four and a half hours. My first visit to get work done also took an extreme amount of time. I dont know if this is a reflection of your service bays are slammed every time I come there, or if you need more technicians, or what, but this plays against the Keyes family. Again, experience with Rene: fantastic; experience with getting my car serviced: not so much. Thank you for caring about my feedback.

As long as Ray is there...you will have my business and constant referrals. I had such a bad experience prior and he made sure those mistakes did not happen when I brought my car in for the service that did not happen when I brought the car in previously. He kept in touch with me, updated me. I have changed my opinion about the service department because of him! He is service oriented !!!!

Pete keep his comittment to have me in and out in a hour and half but when the car was on the hoist they fournd a small leak in my water pump. I told them to make the reparis, Pete set me up with a rental car and much to my suprise the car was done by 4:00pm that same afternoon. Pete is amazing

Happy with the experience. Compared to an experience we just had with a Toyota dealership where they tried to rob us blind, this was a good experience by far. Rick and Robert were professional, patient, and thorough. Rick had to go on a ride with us to hear a noise we were complaining about and he never once rushed us. He made us feel like we were the most important customer there. The wife and I were impressed. We will definitely go back here again for any service.
"Poor Refund Procedure"
For the most part good but there is a thing i think could be addressed. I was there for some warranty work which went fine while I was there I told the fellow that I had a cracked mirror and maybe I should order a replacement. So he looked up the mirror and said it would be 117.00 plus another 70 for labor but they would have to order it. So I ordered it and paid for the purchase of 117.00. As I thought about it later I did some checking around and found the same item for 59.00, and since i felt replacing a mirror shouldnt cost 70 dollars and since i didnt have the item I felt it wouldnt be too difficult to cancel the order and get a refund. When I called I was told I would have to come in the office to do that. Quite frankly I feel that was unnecessary. There shouldnt be any difficulty in just doing a refund over the phone. Its done all the time everywhere for all kinds of things. Anyway I used my lunch hour to go in and I had to wait for the fellow who had sold me the item. He was there but helping someone else and I was surprised to find that none of the other 6 guys there could do a simple refund. The guy eventually got to me and he had to call the parts dept , wait for some kind of requisition number or what not. At this point I have been there 30 minutes. Thats not acceptable. Everyone I dealt with for the most part were courteous, but your procedure for this is not good. I should not have to spend over an hour with driving time to do a refund on an item I never picked up.
