"Great Experience, So Happy With My Bmw X3!!"

I came here before I moved up to San Francisco to get a car. Im on a student budget with tons of student loans. David was so great! Gave me a great deal for the car I had my eye on, the X3. This car was so clean, in perfect condition. I had some trouble getting the bluetooth to work with my phone... I messed with it for a few days and when I gave up I went back to David. He personally took me to the BMW service station and found out with their mechanic that all I needed was the pin number to sync the phone and car. These guys are SOOOO helpful, not your stereotypical car salesmen. They actually care to get you a good quality car. Definitely recommend!!

"Horrible Experience!"

Unfortunately, I do not have good credit... was out of a job for almost a year, but had received financing thru a high-rate loan company. I was told by first sales man that the loan rate that I went in with was high, and that he would try to get a lower rate via another company. NOW REMEMBER, I was already approved from another lease company at a higher rate, but APPROVED for a loan 5K higher than the actual car. I was asked to wait 24 to see if they could acquire a lower rate loan, which at the time I appreciated. The next day, I called and was told I was not approved, and they would not be selling me the car. I asked why, and they said that they didnt deal with the company that approved my loan. Since then the car is STILL ON THE LOT, and the car price has been lowered by 2K, which now means the car is 7K less than my approval. To this date they will not explain why they refused my loan, which I was told they accepted prior to me arriving to test drive the car.

I did not end up buying a vehicle there, however I must commend them on excellent customer service. I received a prompt response to my email inquiry, set up an appointment quickly, and was greeted in a friendly and professional manner when I arrived. Though the car turned out not to be to my liking, the dealership certainly was. Highly recommended.

I was interested in purchasing a European car. I finally settled onto the make and model I wanted and searched through cars.com. I sent a few messages noting my interest to a few dealerships, however Santa Monica Europeans were the only ones that really maintained communication clearly and often. They were never too pushy and worked with me every step of the way. They answered every question I had. I am going to recommend them to my friends and would purchase from them again.

Bought a 2008 Saab 9-3 convertible from these guys. Everyone was extremely courteous, no pressure. Negotiations were done in good faith; no haggling. They even let me drive it to a nearby mechanic so that I can be sure Im getting a good car. The whole process was A-1. They did all paperwork seamlessly. Car was in great condition. I would definitely do business with them again.
