Everyone and I mean everyone from the front desk to the business department gave great, quality customer service and made me feel comfortable even having not the best credit !!! They didnt treat me any different than someone with good credit . I worked with Steven and Dave and they are the absolute best and gave me every bit of information I needed ! Even the staff who wasnt working with me gave me such great vibes/support . I went front a 1999 Volvo to a 2015 Honda Accord ! Blessed to have done it with Nissan City!!! I did buy a truck from this dealer, not even a month later something went wrong with it. I called them, but they told me I had to call the stended warranty, water pump, and radiator. I think they know.

My car was scheduled for service on Monday. I had an issue on Friday which required towing my car to Nissan City. While there, they found the trouble and gave me an estimate. I left the car then thinking that it would be worked on the day of my appointment. They called me on Saturday to tell me that the problem was fixed and that they did the other work which was scheduled for Monday. This way I would not be without a car for the weekend
