Annette and I had been to several dealerships in Orange County just to experience the Mercedes Benz quality and test drive a few models we were interested in. This experience is where Foothill Ranch Mercedes stood out. Ashton Shah personally greeted us and made us feel welcomed (with no pressure). He was very polite, courteous and listened to our questions without interruption. Ashton found a car in their inventory that met all our requested wants and needs. Their dedicated sales staff contacted me within hours and stayed in contact while I traveled for business. Once I was finally able to make an appt, Mitch Segal was awesome! Very knowledgeable about their car line. He was patient during the test drive process as I wasnt sure exactly what I wanted in a newer vehicle. Mitch explained the current deals they were offering on the new v. certified used vehicles and was able to answer my questions. While we waited for the finance dept to become available (~3 hours), we talked about different TV shows that were interesting, a little about our families, etc. I appreciated that Mitch wasnt pushy and did say "this is your party, Im just attending" which was humorous considering hes a salesman...So Kudos to MB Foothill for making the car buying experience a breeze!

Originally we went in to look at a used Land Rover, however the car did not have a 3rd row seat that we were looking for.
