At first, when we decided to buy new Hyundais Santa Fe and Sonata -,our leases were up on our 2014s - we fully intended to purchase from the previous dealer we had been working with for many years. Our first attraction to Dublin Hyundaiwas the extraordinarily large selection of vehicles. Once we arrived on the lot we were immediately impressed with its overall professional standards, attractive, well appointed and clean showroom facilities. The consumer amenities also helped keep our little boy occupied so we could focus on the task at hand. We were immediately greeted - not in the typical hungry salesman manner - by a sincere and genuine associate - Sayed Sadaat - who was gracious, and attentive throughout the process from start to finish. Beyond that, we took note that the team worked together and the attending manager on duty - Abraham - was also patient and transparent as we discussed our objectives, negotiated terms and finalized selections. Even at closing - which is never fun - found the experience quick, easy and without any unexpected upsales or closing pressure. The price we agreed to was what we paid. Walk out the door - whala - car was detailed, keys handed and whatelse? Here is a free voucher to go fill up your tank at a nearby gas station. It is clear that whoever owns and operates Dublin Hyundai understands and values customer service, team work and maintains a positive work environment. It is reflected in all the employees from start to finish. Thank you Sayed and Abe - you earned our business and we will make sure others know!

Best Deal I could find local to me and on the internet within 75 miles. called the number posted, talked with Abraham (sales manager)Thursday then Zack (salesman)scheduled a test drive Zack (Saturday)they all treated us with respect no pressure. numbers changed a bit from initial contact with Abraham -advantage DH but not enough to change my mind. Joey(finance) zipped us through the paper work, it was new years eve, so we were all pretty anxious to get on our way. car was delivered the next day(Sunday)Excellent customer service, Great Price compared to others and Professionalism -minus the smiley face on negotiation. I would buy another vehicle from this dealership. they went the extra mile, detailed and buffed out a smudge on driver door, delivered on a Sunday - 2016 Chrysler 300c .

Bought my sonata hybrid from here and had a great experience. Shawn (sp?) and Luke really worked with us on the numbers and we left very happy with our purchase. They were also responsive when I initially contacted them (and upfront with their approach) and they stayed until the whole process was complete. I would definitely recommend them and will be back if Im in the market for a Hyundai!

This is the second time I leased a Sonata from them and the same awesome salesperson, Haris, helped me again and remembered us from 3 years ago. The process was quick and easy, they highly value repeat customers and all who were involved were super courteous and pleasant. Having owned a lease before I can also confirm the service department is great especially Danny Becker! I am so glad I got my next car from them! I would go back again and refer friends.

I came into Dublin Hyundai on a Wednesday night wanting to look at a Tucson. I had no intention on buying that day, I just wanted to go and see how they looked, drove, ect. The salesman came out and let my boyfriend and I drive it and I loved it. We decided to go inside and run some numbers just to see. The salesman gave us the perfect numbers, we had no other option but it buy it that night it was too perfect. The process was painless and Joey in finance was great to work with. Anyone who has bought a car knows it will take a while to do, but they made it very pleasant.

Having just bought my second Hyundai from Dublin Hyundai, located on Scarlett Court in Dublin California, I have to shower praise on the dealership employees who worked with me throughout the transaction. I went in to have service done on my 2012 Vera Cruz, and I left driving my new 2016 Elantra GT. In and out within two hours. It doesn’t get any better than that. You’re probably thinking I paid full retail, and is why it took so little time. When in fact, I drove a hard bargain, while they maintained their equanimity throughout. I’ve recommended one friend already, who not only got a fair price on her trade-in, but a good deal on her new vehicle as well. I will continue to recommend this dealership for their adherence to good manners and efficacy in a business where the art of the deal can, more often than not, spiral down into a tortuous process. It is obvious that this type of culture is engendered and enhanced by people at the top of the food chain, and who stay engaged with their employees, inspecting what they expect. Thank-you Dublin Hyundai for a great experience. Shelley – In Pleasanton

I initially made contact with the dealership through email. I was pleasantly surprised when Greg Colbert returned my email message within an hour. I live in Sacramento California and therefore was unavailable to immediately drive to the Dublin dealership. We exchanged emails for about 2 to 3 days to determine if they had what I wanted in their inventory. I spent over three months doing my homework and trying to find the best deal in the state. I informed Greg of my "aggressive "asking price and he informed me that he would run the price up the flagpole. The initial request was declined however, Greg kept my information and informed me that he would keep me posted of any changes in the pricing. I was patient, as I did not immediately need a car. And true to his word, two months later Greg called me on the phone and announced today is the day. Unfortunately it was a weekday and I did not have someone that could drive me from Sacramento to Dublin to complete the transaction. Greg said not a problem give me your address Ill be there in an hour and a half. He drove from Dublin to Sacramento pick me up at my front door and return me to the dealership. We completed the deal as previously arraigned and they honored my "aggressive" asking price! Now as far as the finance manager, I cannot blame him for trying to make a buck, it is a car dealership after all! I just love my 2014 fully loaded Azera! Thanks Greg!!!

I submitted an e-mail inquiring about a vehicle that was for sell. Its been over a week as of today and I never received an e-mail or phone call. If they cant handle something as basic as customer service, I will not purchase a vehicle from Dublin Hyundai.

OMG! The finance manager tried every scam tactic listed on the internet with me. Whatever you do, make sure you have done your homework on negotiating scams. Do not negotiate in the office. I walked off the first time, got a better offer from another dealership, then they called back to undercut the other dealer, reniged on it when I came back in. I walked off to the honest dealer and did not get the exact trim which Dublin had, even though they now wanted to match the offer.

This dealership sold a used vehicle with unsafe (worn down to the steel belts) tires to my elderly, infirm parents. My folks bought the car, sight unseen, after responding to an online ad. When they arrived at the dealership, the car was being serviced and was unavailable for inspection. The salesman gave them a Kelley Blue Book printout listing the vehicle as being in "very good condition", along with a steeply discounted purchase price. In actual fact, the car should have never been driven off their lot in the condition it was in and was worth far less than the steeply discounted price offered to my folks. The rear shocks were completely shot and the front end was severely out of alignment. The engine had an oil leak. Once the sale was completed, paid in cash and in full, the dealership delayed a courtesy delivery of the vehicle to their home until after dark...9:30pm, thus insuring the cars issues would remain undiscovered on the day of the sale. My Dad discovered the problem with the tires the next day, but was embarrassed about his purchase and, in failing health, lacked the stamina to take the dealership to task. He only got to drive his purchase for 10 days and was dead of natural causes within a month. My Mom does not drive. When I drove the faulty vehicle back to the dealership and pointed out the severe wear to the left rear tire (the right rear was worn, too...passed the wear bars), they offered to replace only the one tire...on a 4WD vehicle! Now, more than 2 months later, we discover that the dealership did not properly transfer title of this vehicle and register the sale with the DMV. The business office doesnt seem to want to return my calls. So, my Dads bereaved widow doesnt even have the pink slip! We will have to sell this car ourselves, whenever the pink slip arrives and it looks like I will have to go to the DMV in person with my frail mother in tow, with a copy of the sales contract in my hand, to convince the DMV to hand the pink slip over to her. Wow. Long story short is...if you value your own safety, time, sanity and your pocketbook, dont go to this dealership. Life really is too short for junk like this!

the services dept here is horrible because of the services manager he is rude and is in love with his title. We purchased a Santa Fe 8 months ago. How have a repair claim under their warranty. He has decided it is not covered under the warranty. based on his treatment of us and his view that I am services manager and I am the final decision. The only thing he did not do was point blank call me a liar. But did everything else to say I was. Has help us make a final decision that we will never do any business with this dealership again. We were going to buy a second car here with in the next two weeks today is 5-29-13. Not any more. If you do buy a car here- another story in itself, make sure you have some where else to go have your service work done.

My parents decided they needed a minivan. My dad is dying of cancer and my mom has a bad back and hip, so their SUV has gotten to hard for them to get in and out of. My dad saw a listing here at Dublin Hyundai for a 2004 Toyota Sienna. I took them down to look at it. It wasnt clean or repaired and they said if my parents took this car right now, theyd let them have if for a great price! So my parents filled out all the paperwork and put a down payment on it and then waited a week while the service center went over it. The manager even said that theyd make sure the car was in great working order....its their reputation on the line! The plan was for my parents to pick it up and take it right to their mechanic to check it over. The sales woman assured them that it was all gone over by their service center, but for some reason, she couldnt "find" the service manager so we could ask him what they found. They did put new tires on it. HA. My parents were told fi they took it to their mechanic and then decided they didnt want it, they would be charged $300 if they returned it, because of the smog certificate. Their mechanic found that it had been in a bad accident and was extremely out of alignment! My mom tried to get ahold of the finance guy, who said to call him with any questions, and of course, he didnt answer his phone. So now my mom is taking the car back. How dare they do this to my sick parents and then charge them 4 hours of paperwork and $300 for them to find out they were sold a broken car! This place is so dishonest. Dont believe those fake smiles they all put on.

I know that legally, all cars are sold as is/buyer beware, but when purchasing from a major dealership, one expects that the vehicle will have been decently checked and reasonably reliable... because after all, the dealerships reputation depends on it. Unfortunately, Dublin Hyundai does not appear to care at all for their reputation -- at least in the area of used cars. I recently purchased a used vehicle from them and within 7 days, I realized that it was burning oil like mad. (One week and 150 miles into ownership, it ran out of oil!) My own mechanic said that the valve seals likely needed to be replaced, but he would need to tear apart the engine to make sure. Estimated cost of repairs could be anywhere from $3500-8000. I returned to speak to the sales manager at Dublin Hyundai (Ken?) who assured me that the car had been inspected by them before it was sold and that something had to have happened after I purchased it. It was not burning oil when they sold it. I did not believe this, but was willing to accept responsibility for the full cost of repairs if they could show me the inspection records to prove that they did not know of this problem before selling me the vehicle. The manager refused, claiming that those records were "internal documents." He offered to share the cost of repairs with me (theyd pay for parts, Id pay for labor), but he would not put that in writing. The law is technically on their side, of course, but morally, this is reprehensible. If they cared for their reputation at all, they would never sell cars like the one that I purchased. Or, in the event that it was an honest mistake, they would show me the inspection record to prove their claims that the problem with the car was not detected by their inspection. When I questioned all of this with the manager and suggested that they were a dishonest dealer, he cut off all conversation with me, took "all offers off the table" and walked away. It was disgusting and - until they can prove otherwise - dishonest. I would have expected such problems and levels of service at a Corner Joes car lot, but not at a licensed dealership. I have honestly never had such a bad experience in my life. SIMPLY REPREHENSIBLE.
