I did not purchase my Sante Fe Sport here, but I wish I did. The service at this place is fabulous! They answer the phone, return phone calls and listen to your concerns. I had to bring my car here on two separate occasions for safety issues and it is closer to my home. Both times I was happy with the service. I am under contract with another dealership for free tires for life as long as I take my car to their dealership for maintenance. This other dealership had my vehicle NUMEROUS times and did not fix the problem, (the vehicle needed a steering column replacement for clicking in the steering column). Sussex Hyundai had it ONCE and fixed the problem. The service team and mechanics really know their jobs and do it well! Thank you again! My car runs like it is brand new!

First time doing service at this dealership. I have always enjoyed working with Hyundai dealerships. Facility is well marked, open and airy, clean and bright. The professionalism+friendliness of everyone I encountered made the wait time go quickly. Communication about my servicing needs, issues to address, and anticipated maintenance was clear and not pushy. Everything they recommended aligned with vehicle recommendations and the service history I knew about my car that they did not have on file. Would absolutely bring my business here every time. Its location is a little further of a drive but much easier to access. I look forward to the day (still years away) when Im in the market for a new vehicle again to experience their sales side as well.

The girl who helped me, unfortunately I do not remember her name and if it is on the paperwork that is in my car and I want to get this done before I forget, was extremely helpful. To a point above and beyond what she was required to do for me. Its a shame how far customer service has sunk over the past 40 years or so but she was like it was in the good old days I have to be honest though regarding a portion of the repair of my car. There is something wrong with what the readout is on the "Trip Function" regarding my average speed driven. The mechanic was trying to give me a line of you know what trying to convince me it is fine. When I left the service department I reset the Avg Speed to zero and took the long way home. For 10 miles I drove between 40-60 MPH never going below 40 MPH. It took a good 7 miles before it even showed that my Avg Speed was 18 MPH and when I pulled in my driveway, oddly I had driven exactly 10 miles, and as referenced before I was driving between 40 and 60 MPH NEVER GOING BELOW 40 as it is all basically highway, Rt 23 to Rt 565 to Rt 517 the "Trip Function" said my Avg Speed was 23 MPH. There is OBVIOUSLY SOMETHING WRONG and I do not intend on letting this drop. First of all my best friend was a mechanic for a dealership and he instructed me that the mechanic does not get paid for "diagnostic time" only for the labor. Is that the problem? Or is it that the cost to replace the broken computer will cost too much. As I said I am not going to just let this drop. I basically wiped out my savings because I had to buy a car immediately as my other one was totaled. I realize that knowing your average speed is not that important but that is not the point. I paid a lot of money for this car and I want ALL OF IT TO WORK PROPERLY.

Overall my experience at Franklin Sussex Hyundai was excellent. Eddie, the salesman, was great. As time was of the essence and as a first time car shopper he walked me through the process with a certain level of grace and seamlessly got me into a new car. The day I got into a new Hyundai I was shopping at other dealers and none of the other salesmen at the other dealers handled themselves as well as Eddie. On top of that I really appreciated that Eddie included my mother and girlfriend in the process and offered them a suggestion on a great place to grab some much needed food while I needed to fill out the paperwork for the car. A recall came by mail for a possible computer issue on the SUV. Id had no trouble but called and booked her in - they fitted me in quickly.
