"Laid Back, No Pressure Service"
Auto Leader provided me with such a laid back, no pressure service. I test drive a vehicle and looked seriously at another. The car I test drove had a funny noise when braking and was looked at and addressed immediately when we returned to the dealership. The sales person and sales manager kept in touch with me during my decision making process but again did not pressure me in any way. They were concerned with finding the best car for me, not trying to sell me something they had on their lot that I didnt want.

I would have NEVER thought to go to a "place like that" (non franchised car lot) I was accustomed to buying from large franchised car lots; nonetheless, I called my mechanic and was sure bring him with me to the lot because I was skeptical. I was pre-approved through my bank and through the bank app (auto navigator-capital one bank) you could speficially search for the make and model of the car you were interested in...Auto Leader had an Acura TL I was interested in. I called, asked them a few general questions, told them what time I was coming, and mentioned the car I wanted to see. As soon as I arrived there, the gentlemen I spoke with on the phone remembered me and had the car ready for me to test drive. My mechanic said the car was in emaculate shape, was under original warranty and I should buy it (it had 18 k original miles). After the test drive, we began to fill out my paperwork and within an hour I walked out with my car. They detailed and put gas in the car (gave me a lil more gas than they should have). I had an awesome experience. Even the finance guy was cool. I never felt so satisfied with a car purchase!

Where do I begin?! I purchased my vehicle in late 2014. This dealer was about an hour and some change out from my home, but he was great to work with and most importantly, very professional. I was sold in a few hours. However, while on the highway heading back home, the steering wheel began shaking very hard as the speed increased. It made it hard to control the wheel while driving. I took the car back and they resurfaced the rotors, but claimed they replaced them. This happened again less than 2 months later and I took the car back again. This time they acknowledged they didnt replace the rotors the first time and then replaced them with used ones. Im sure you know what happened a few months later being that they new ones were used. In less than 6 months after purchasing a 23+ thousand dollar vehicle from this place, I had to buy new tires. The owner had the tires installed with the tires flipped so that the balding was in the inside and unnoticeable. My tires were extremely bald from the inside out. In less than 6 months I also had to pay for new rotors, brakes, a battery and a new alternator. Heres the kicker, after about a year in a half I needed a new transmission. By the way, this is a 2011 Honda. I was told the transmission fluid was changed during the maintenance that was displayed on the Carfax report, but I contacted the dealer that completed the maintenance and requested a detailed description of what was done. I discovered that only a few minor things were completed during the maintenance (e.g. oil change) and changing the transmission fluid wasnt one of them. The Carfax report was vague and used to make potential customers believe the car had been maintained and just maintenanced. When I purchased the car it was a little over 3 years old with a little over 30,000 miles on it; the power train warranty was still effective, Thank God! The owner does a great job with covering up all the problems until you buy. He may work with you a bit, in regards to replacing a part or something, but its always going to be a used "hand me down" product and low quality of service for the repair. Where is my compensation for having to drive over 30 miles back and forth to the shop and for the days that the mechanic wasnt in?

Found the car I was looking for on the web site. Drove over 3 hours from Pa, took a short test drive and bought the car. The entire process was very smooth and satisfying. Left feeling good, not like I was taken advantage of. David even called me a few weeks after the sale to inform me that they had found an extra key and he would be mailing it out to me. I am a very happy customer. I have never bought a used vehicle from a dealer. David and Rafael made the entire experience very comfortable and everything went smoothly. On the test drive, I thought there might be a problem with the suspension or alignment, so David offered a guarantee on that in addition to the standard powertrain warranty. That turned out to be nothing. The roads are kind of bad around there. I had the truck checked over and serviced by a Toyota dealer on 2-7-17. I asked for the most comprehensive inspection, which turned out to be the 60k maintenance check. I included a flush and replacement of the transfer cases and differential, along with an alignment check. The other fluids, like power steering, brake, and coolant were fine. Everything passed. The service department called me and said the truck is in GREAT shape. I was so happy to hear that and immediately felt like the truck was worth every penny. We dealt with Dave, the manager to purchase our Ford 150 truck. We found him to be honest, true to his word - keeping all his promises. He was always available to take our calls about the truck (even on his day off), before and after the purchase. He made the process of purchasing stress free and let us look for hours at this truck with no pressure at all. He answered every question and took care of every concern we had. If he didnt know an answer, he would say so....unlike other dealers who would just give their best guess as though it was fact. Dave even ordered the manufacturer books for the truck and had them shipped directly to our home. Since we live in PA, that was a major convenience for us. The staff detailed the truck beautifully and did a great job. We found the staff courteous and helpful. The truck was ready when we went to pick it up. When we found a couple of minor things, Dave made sure it was handled on the spot to our satisfaction. The detailing revealed a small dent in the truck that we did not see before we purchased it. Dave put us in contact with someone who came to our home and fixed it for us at AutoLeaders expense. The facility looks tiny, but they do have several lots across the street. The only issue is the parking. You may have to park across the street or in the back. We didnt realize that for the first time we went there. I would definitely buy from Dave again. Their product was outstanding as well as the service and the buying process. I would not hesitate to give a recommendation to anyone looking to buy a vehicle from them. When we are ready for our next vehicle, that definitely where we will go! Thanks to Dave and all his staff! You guys were fantastic.

Just a straight up in and out in 30 minute sale. The overall experience was terrific. The inventory Autoleader carries is diverse and impressive. The late model vehicles are competitively priced, are in great condition, have excellent mileage and are backed by extended warranties the customer can purchase when discussing financing. Autoleader even has a service department to assist the customer with repairs if you so choose. A couple of weeks ago our family car was totaled when another driver ran a red light. That put us in a situation where we needed to buy a replacement, quickly. We made a purchase from a different dealer just out of state trying to take advantage of what we thought was good pricing. It turned into the worst experience weve ever had buying a car. Ever. Thankfully on Good Friday, the dealer agreed to unwind the deal and take the car back. While this solved a major problem for us, it also meant that we needed to find and buy a car that afternoon. We arrived at Auto Leader under a lot of pressure, still agitated and skeptical from the terrible experience just mentioned, and focused on 3 vehicles we saw on thier website. David was incredibly patient and generous with his time. We grilled him with questions about the dealer, thier service, the quality of vehicles, etc. We expedited him to be kind, straight forward, and fun to be around. It was clear that he took pride in how he did business and the quality of his merchandise. We test drove the 3 vehicles, selected one, and closed the deal - all in one afternoon! Based on this experience we would definitely recommend Auto Leader and David.

My spouse and I give thanks to Steve and staff for outstanding customer service. For years I only bought my cars from Toyota dealerships and this was my first time purchasing a car from a local dealer. The pricing of their vehicles is fair market value and Steve helped us to get a better interest rate than what was given to us via USAA. You dont need to haggle with purchase price like you do with other dealerships. Like most dealerships you can spend your whole day negotiating price but with this one you are only there for no more than two hours or less (due to paperwork and reaching out to your insurance company) if there is anything wrong with your vehicle they will fix it on the spot. I am very pleased with their service and I will buy my next car from this establishment.
