I have had my vehicle serviced at Carson Nissan three times, each time was a positive experience. Their hours of operation are really good also, the service department is open in the weekends, and they have an express lube service so you dont need an appointment for oil changes, just drive in and wait while they work on your car.

Carson Nissan dealership is awesome. My husband and I drove my Nissan Maxima in for service on Saturday 28, 2017, for a oil change. We met with Christina Martinez, manager who welcome us and was very concerned about our car. After waiting for a few minutes she call us an told us about the diagnosis of our car. Since we could not wait until 4.00 p.m., we were provided with a rental car so we could finish our task that was planned for the day. The day was beautiful and when I pick up my car it had been washed and it was shining like new. I love Carson Nissan, and this is the best dealership I have been to. I love the popcorn in the waiting area. My Maxima is only 4 years old and I will be buying my next car from Carson Nissan
"Goal: Oil Change"
Overall it is good to have the oil changed at Carson Nissan even though a heavy drive from the university in Anaheim. The work was accomplished in good time while taking breakfast at the Spires Restaurant down the street. The recommendations for service were a bit over done with wanting to change the brake and other fluids at 55K miles. The changing of engine and interior filters was reasonable which was done -- driving Interstate 5 with dust storms possibly justified the interior filter. As an engineering student in the 1950s and sometime working on cars it is good to report that five of my other vehicles all are well over 100K miles without all this excess. Perhaps it is helpful to have excellent Vietnamese mechanics close to the university who do the heavy repairs on all my vehicles. I know the "sales" of service enhances the bottom line, but what is really necessary should be the modus operandi for good business.

Even though it was a very busy day when I brought my car in for its regular mileage maintenance, John Ancheta took care of me as soon as he could. I expected to be there an hour or more because of the number of customers at the waiting area and the cars lined up to be serviced. But even with the additional work that had to be done to my car in addition to the maintenance check-up, the wait time was very reasonable.

I have been coming to Carson Nissan for about 3-4 years now and I must say Ive been really disappointed this last year with how things have been. First off let me say the staff is always amazing here. Everyone is so polite and helpful. My most recent issue with Carson Nissan is it took me one month to get in to get a basic oil change. The reason for this is because, it wouldve taken anywhere from an hour and a half to three hours. Yesterday took two hours to get my oil change, which is crazy when they have express service. I tried six different times on different days and still the same thing. Plus you cant make an appointment for an oil change. Im a nurse and I have limited time due to a hectic work schedule. This dealership is five minutes from my job and fifteen from my house . But now it seems I will need to go thirty mins away from my house to get an oil change done in a timely manner. Yesterday took two hours for my oil change. I really love the people here but my time is limited.

Today was a great day! My husband and I went to Nissan Carson to purchase a new car. As soon as we exited our old car we were greeted by a very nice young man by the name of Fernando Sandoval. he was pleasant, professional, patient and helpful. We went on a couple of test drives with him. I hope I didnt make him nervous with my driving. But we finally made our decision on the 2016 Nissan Rogue. A very nice car I must say. Then a nice man named Jorge Villegas came and made our experience even more pleasant. He was very helpful as well with a great personality. He worked out the numbers for us to our satisfaction.
