"I Am So Dissapointed With The Way Im Being Treated"
I am so disappointed with auto services of Teddy Nissan ( Bronx, Ny) . I purchased a 2014 Nissan Maxima from them less than a year ago and my stereo system shorted out. I also have an oxygen sensor issue. I have the paperwork stating that the vehicle was well maintained. I Have an appointment to bring the car in on Wednesday 5/3/2017....The secretary told I can not get a loaner vehicle at all. What type of business is this? None of this is my fault and I sent 3 of my FDNY Co -workers here to purchase vehicles in the past...... I do not like the service here at all!

I went in to the Boston Rd location after being called by one of their customer service reps, and as soon as I got there a salesman by the name of Daniel Mejia asked if I needed some help. Well, I did and he showed me and my girlfriend two cars and we test drove them, however I wasnt totally sure if I wanted a car or SUV, so after conferring with my girlfriend, we decided on an SUV. We signed papers, got plate & insurance and drove away the same day with no hassle. Other than it taken all day,because we test drove the vehicles-the staff, valets, salespeople were extra fun to be around and made my experience great. I would recommend anyone I know, thats looking for a vehicle to certainly make this place a priority-Djames

I recently visited to inquire on leasing a Sentra for my daughter. The new salesperson generally had very little knowledge in sales, but he was polite. Without going over current rebates, incentives and naturally my credit score. No sooner than 1 minute, He pulls out a calculator and says the car will cost me $292 a month I have had many many cars over my lifetime and have dealt with many sales people and managers over the years but the approach Teddy Nissan took with me was the worst I had ever seen. They didnt even know who I was Do they really expect to sell cars like that?

Very pleasant experience with the gentleman who helped me during my oil change, I think his name was Keith. I brought my laptop because I needed to work and he wasnt sure of the Wi-Fi password, found out what it was and provided it so I could log on and work while I wait.

I have little experience with different dealership. But all of the people of teddy Nissan r very nice and friendly, and they help me to do everything as i need. i will give them 5 star. but i am very very disappointed, upset for the Nissan rogue, its not for 1 or 2 dollar. my choice was morano. they let me to get rogue, the problem is its sound is too loud when i am driving like 10 years old car or a big car i am driving. i dont know what happened after 1/2 years.
