So, yesterday I got my third Honda CR-V. I keep coming back to Hamilton Honda because of the customer service. I can get another Honda anywhere but the people that work there are always so pleasant and helpful and that is why I keep coming back. My sales person Angel was amazing. He was very kind and thorough and patient. I got an EX instead of an LX and it a lot of new features that I was unsure how to use and he walked me through everything. The free car washes and oil changes are great as well. The service center is always quick and efficient and you dont have to waste your entire day on getting your car taken care of and with the shuttle service you can even run a few errands while you wait. I have been taken back home or to the Hamilton Marketplace to shop. Everyone from the guys who check my tire pressure to the ones that sell the cars and do the financing are always amazing. As far as I am concerned there is nowhere else I would imagine getting a car from. Thanks for always being so great Hamilton Honda!

The dealership was nice and clean. It even offers car wash at will plus free oil change. Id recommend Hamilton Homda to everyone who is into Honda. This is the second new car I bought by visiting cars.com, a Lexus and a Honda. Both very good experience!

"Dont Get Your Car Serviced Here!"

My first visit to Hamilton Honda for routine service they ran my car through the compilmentary car wash with the windows opened. They apologized & told me to call if I had problems. The second time was to replace the window motor on the passenger side, which I paid in full. My third service was to replace the same motor, which they were nice enough to discount the parts (They still werent losing any money), but I still had to pay for the labor in full. Even though it had been two years since the work was done the Service Manager agreed that I should have gotten more than two years out of that part. Ive never had a problem with the driver side, and the car is nearly 12 years old. The forth, and most recent visit was again for the same window problem. Once again two years later. This time they also found that I had a bad window switch. The Service Manager said the best he could do is give me an employee discount only on the parts. Otherwise I could just pay the $115 diagnostic fee and have my car fixed elsewhere for full price. So I swallowed my pride for the sake of money. I told him how upset I was with my experience up to now, especially the amount of time spent between diagnosing and then scheduling work on the same problem. When I got there for my FINAL visit to pick up my car, the key needed to be reprogrammed, and the driver side window would not go back up. In other words, nobody bothered to check if the work had been done properly! After waiting and fuming with anger until they fixed my car, the Service Manager said he was sorry and told me to enjoy the complimentary car wash. When I called twice to speak to the General Manager I was passed off the the same service manager. Worst Service Experience in 35 Years of Driving

Every three years, I buy or lease 5 vehicles. I normally hate buying cars because it is usually a bad experience and you leave with a headache and not wanting to return to the dealership. I recently purchased a Honda Pilot 2012 from this dealership. I love this truck! I love the way it drives and the space inside. It is exactly what I needed for my family right now. Furthermore, the dealership itself was a nice place to visit. I especially loved the sales person, Tamira (Nicky) Ambros. I told her exactly what I was looking for and how much I could afford. Not only did she find a year/model that was newer than I thought it would be, she also managed to stick to my budget and got me a lower interest rate than the credit union of my choice! She was very professional and stuck around until I drove off the lot with the new car. If my next car is a Honda again, I plan to definitely purchase it from this dealership.

After looking at Cars (Honda Accord) on website , I contacted Honda Hamilton via email. And Internet sales person with name- Melanie Pongracz emailed me back stating that option chosen by me is already sold and given me other options which are available currently and I liked those options and she asked me how soon I can visit at their Store. It was a 2 hour drive from my home and I told I will be their in 3 hours and she confirmed my appointment. After reaching there in 2.5 hours ..I was told that options selected by me are not available. I felt so helpless and then they started giving the car options which are not in my budget. I ended up wasting my whole day due to this mis communication. It was really a horrible experience with Honda Hamilton. To me - these guys are not synced with sales department and doing wrong commitments with end customers.

The financial papers were painless and fast. We were given a tour of the facilities. The dealership is large and beautifully appointed with many amenities including a small cafeteria, computer terminals, and a childrens playroom. So even if we had had to wait very long we would have been quite comfortable.

Patient, informative and made me feel comfortable during the whole process. And on top of that, I think I got a great deal. They throw in free oil changes and car washes for the life of the car, and it doesnt get sweeter than that. This is the second car that my husband and I got from Zach. He loved my CRV so much that he decided to purchase a car for himself and we went to the same sales person Zach. He is right to the point and really listened to us and what we wanted and it was there, no nonsense and straight to the point.
