My husband and I were looking for a car for about two months. We started looking for Honda jeeps (Pilot or CRV). I suggested a Dodge Journey and we both agreed thats the car for us. Went to possibly two dealerships before going to car factory. We looked at a Dodge Journey they had, spoke about it with Charlie for a while. We decided to think about while we still browsed at other dealerships. Until we came to the conclusion that Car Factory was for us. We got the car and Charlie made the process so easy and no hassle. When the day came to pick up the car, he told us the key wouldnt open the car but it would lock it. Charlie told us he would get a new key and he did. He kept us updated with everything. The service he gave us was amazing. Very friendly guys. Just absolutely loved it. We will definitely be back for our next car.

SHE QUICKLY SAT OUR KIDS IN THE OFFICE AND GAVE THEM CARFAX COLORING BOOKS AND CARFAX BEARS TO KEEP THEM BUSY WHILE ELIOT TOOK US ON 3 TEST DRIVES WITH 3 DIFFERNT CARS. ONCE WE REALIZED THAT THE GL450 WE PURCHASED HAD NO ACCIDNETS WITH ONLY 1 OWNER WE WERE SOLD. WE SAT DOWN IN CHARLIES OFFICE WITCH WAS THE SALES MANAGER AND TALKED UP A DEAL TO PURCAHSE AN EXTEDED WARRANTY. HE GAVE US A GREAT DEAL AND THE YOUNG MAN WITH THE BEARD CAME AND TOLD US THAT HE GOT US APPROVED WITH A 2.25% RATE !! I COULD NOT BELIVE IT AND WE WERE SOLD. In December 2014 after 25 years in Manhattan I decided it was time to buy my first car. Naturally, I was nervous about transacting with used car salespeople after a lifetime of horror stories about them and their business practices. But once I turned up at The Car Factory to look at a 2007 C-class Mercedes in terrific condition and met the staff there I was sold. From Toni, the helpful , lovely receptionist and David the fascinating, kind WWII veteran who took me on my test drive and told me amazing stories about his life to Mike and Charlie who made the financing and sales process easy and fair, theyre great people, a fantastic group. I found them to be totally trustworthy, honest brokers interested in making sure the customer has a great experience. There were a few minor issues with the car that I asked be fixed as a condition of purchase and the repairs were made in a timely and high-quality way. The whole staff was nothing but helpful and professional through the entire process and beyond. They lived up to every promise they made and 18 months later the car is running better than ever. I came here on my guard because of a few other dealers that I went to were very unprofessional and had a unwelcoming feeling but when I came to car factory I felt totally secure dealing with these guys. I had gotten into a car accident about a month ago leaving my old car totaled. It was a White 1999 Honda Accord with about 150,000 miles on it; give a few and I had spent about 2,000 in body parts for that car so in my mind I had to get the same one or better. I looked and went through sketchy dealers, people who go back on their word, and very unprofessional people if you ask me. Bottom line THATS NOT THEM. Im glad to say they are very nice and friendly people who run a ligament business. There cars are nice in good, condition, and anything less they actually fix for you. I bought my Black 1999 Honda Accord with just about 103,000 miles on it for a price that we negotiated based on repairs. Not only did they do there part they also fixed the A.C. & radio thst didnt seem to work, which was my job to fix. They gave us a warrenty for 30 days or 1,000 miles. I found that the transmission slips because that happened to my White 1999 Honda Accord around the same exact mileage and I had to rebuild the transmission (or replace it which isnt good for many reasons). I brought it back the next day and since transmission is under the 30 day warrenty they gave us they said there mechanic would take a look at it on Monday and take care of it. Based on my experience so far I think they will take care of that problem then these people 100% people of their word and an AMAZING place to get a car and they will truly be 5/5

I had an issue with credit after my car got totaled out in an accident and my insurance company didnt pay the whole loan off. So I called this dealer to get a loan on a 2008 Audi A6, and I was approved on the spot with a relatively good interest rate. The car I got was very nice, and the service was very good. I never give a 5 star rating to any service that I get, but this place was really nice to deal with. No games, no price switches, they told me a deal on the phone and when I got there it was the same deal I got. They carry a wide variety of autos which is nice, from 3000 in price to 30000 in price. I would like to thank the staff for making me and my wife very satisfied car buyers.
