In September I went to Auto Mall Collection to look at an Audi A4, my sales person Nick was great. He showed me multiple vehicles and took the time to show me differences between multiple vehicles. I purchased a 2013 A4 with 36k miles. At around 38k miles the breaks were very squeaky, I took the vehicle to my local Audi dealership and was informed that the pads were 2mm and 3mm. New pads are 10mm. I had to replace the pads and rotors to the turn of $1500. When I called the dealership they essentially told me that because the car pass inspection when purchased they would do nothing for me. I would high recommend shopping elsewhere. What kind of dealership doesnt stand behind the product the sold.

TLDR; If I could give 0 stars I would. Please listen to the other reviews that are saying that the process of actually driving off with the car after the payments is a long, painful, hassle. To put things nicely, a lot of people at this locations seems very clueless at what they are doing, continuously referring me to different people to cover up their own incompetence. Agreeing to have Assaf be my salesperson instead of the several recommendations on online reviews to see Jay was, I guess, the first mistake? I agreed to buy a car from Assaf with little to no argument. All I wanted was the car to be detailed and the the steering wheel logo with the scratches to be replaced, to which he said that he will definitely take care of. Talking in a sweet tone, saying that he was going to take care of everything for me. The car was expected to be cleaned inside and out before I drove it out of their parking lot. He said that everything (the registrations) should be all set by the next day. After the car was signed for and a payment was made, the car was driven away to "get it detailed". Which never even happened. Took many attempts from insurance to make sure everything was ready to go on their end. Assaf never even gave me the courtesy to call me back and I had to make all the first moves. He didnt even have my phone number saved, requesting for my phone number again several times. What was supposed to take only one day, as promised was now into day #2 where I didnt hear anything from Assaf so I called him asking what was going on. He said that he wouldnt know anything until 4pm. I received a call from my insurance lady at 2pm saying that the car was ready to be picked up. It was 5pm and still no response from Assaf so I called the dealership, confused. Jay told me that the car was ready to be picked up. It took almost 2 hours in traffic to reach their dealership and no greeting. No one came to greet me at the front of the small dealership and who accidentally made eye contact was forced to help me. Jay forcefully shook my hand only after he accidentally made eye contact with me. I was handed the keys and they said that the car was outside. Really? You wont even drive it to the door? I said how the registration said the car was black even though it is blue and they said that I can call the registrar and fix it. For a mistake THEY made? Ive almost had it with them and was ready to go. When I opened the car door, the car was never detailed. Nothing was cleaned. Gas was almost empty. I was extremely furious at this point but decided to just leave because I possibly could not deal with this headache of a dealership. Assaf is extremely unprofessional and have never consolidated for the unprofessionalism that he was expressed to me as a customer. I dont know if they are having a bad week or just regularly like this but I had a terrible experience. Please listen to the other reviews that are saying that the process of actually driving off with the car after the payments is a long, painful, hassle.

This car buying experience seemed like it was going to go smoothly- we knew what we wanted and we shopped around and found this car at a reasonable price at Automall Collection. The whole process turned into a nightmare that we are still dealing with. After we purchased the car- we took up all of 30 minutes of this guys time- we agreed to drive an hour back the next day to pick up the car. He was arranging to have the plates. The next day we had already driven up to the Peabody area with our kids to spend the morning and we called to let him know we were coming in about 12, at 10:30 or so he hadnt even ordered the plates! We had to be back in Boston that afternoon. We were of course annoyed and told him we drove an hour with our kids to pick up the car we had purchased. We drove to the dealer and my husband asked where the plates were, if we could go pick them up ourselves, etc. etc, the salesman would not give us any information. So 24 hours later we are still not able to pick up the car we owned. THEN the salesman had the tackiness and gall to say, " You think because you bought a $20k car you own me?" ?!?!?!?!?!? My husband said, no I think I own the car that I bought yesterday. Maybe we would have owned him if we bought a $50k car? Maybe you would get treated better if you went here to buy a Maserati and not a Lexus Hybrid. As people who dont value cars as highly as he does, we couldnt quite understand this line of thought. The salesman would not tell us when our car would be ready, he would not tell us where our plates were. So again, we left without the car we had paid for. (Again, I would like to point out, we did not think we owned the salesman, just our car.) He called to apologize later that day, and we arranged to pick it up at 8:30 on Saturday morning. So finally we picked up our car after a 3rd trip to Peabody. And there was no shifter knob. And now, almost a month later, WE STILL DO NOT HAVE THE KNOB FOR OUR SHIFTER!! We have called several times: first he asked us to pick it up then he said its not in Peabody, its in Dedham. He asked us to pick it up in Dedham. Finally I called and asked him to mail it to us. THIS WAS TWO WEEKS AGO. We have heard nothing and still are shifting with a metal bar. We will never buy a car from this place again, and I would not recommend it to anyone.

Joe (probably owner) and he asked us to visit the place and he will check. He didnt want to check over the phone. I dont expect any post-sale service, if pre-sale response is like this. Decided not to drive there and waist time.

We got there an hour later and met Joel Who we happened to know form a previous dealership. The buying experience was great and Joel is such an easy salesman to work with. I purchased a 2013 BMW 328i xDrive two days ago. The buying experience was great! Great service and Joel was there to answer any and all questions I had. This was my first time trading in a vehicle so he kindly took me thru the whole process. They even appraised my vehicle on-site (took less than 30 minutes) and gave me a great deal! On top of that, I found the car on cars.com and took a screenshot of the vehicle and price. When I got to the site the price was a bit hgher, but they had no problem in honoring the price from the screenshot even though it mightve been an out-dated price. I never thought I was going to be driving into the dealership in my 2008 Ford Focus w/ 78K miles and driving out in my beautiful new purchase with only 35K miles in it! I am very pleased with the service and the fastness of the process. I dont have to even do anything in the Insurance side of things. They will call them and get everything set up for me - all I have to do is pay the difference and I will get all paperwork squared away without moving a muscle. I will be referring any and all friends that want to purchase a great vehicle from these guys!

I bought an audi approximately 4 month ago, car looked good at sight but month by month theres new things coming out for repair, and the expensive kind, rims needed to be change 3 of them to be exact and tires too, and dont get me wrong i know about used cars and the burden that comes with them, but this was a "pristine car" thats what the dealer keep saying , and it was not a cheap car either, everything was uncomfortable about this buying experience, the extreme pressure you feel, the rancid and absolutely unfriendly attitude of the owner, I would never go back to this place , I bought the car because I really wanted it and the model is hard to find around, but never again, terrible terrible place.

I recently purchased a 2013 BMW X3 from Joe (and general manager John) at this dealership. The price quoted for this one-year-old, fully loaded, low mileage vehicle was among the most competitive I had seen. I called from several hundred miles away on a Friday afternoon and expressed interest in the vehicle. Joe spent time with me on the phone, explaining the features and answering my questions; when he didnt know something right away, he took the time to find out and called me back. He faxed paperwork to me so I could find out more about this SUV. I told him I was interested in the vehicle and would drive there the next day, though it would be late in the day when I arrived. When I got there, the vehicle was waiting, just as described to me. I took it for a drive - and then took time to think about whether this was exactly the right SUV. Joe offered a "no pressure" approach. Even leaving the building to buy a cup of coffee from a nearby Starbucks for me and my wife as we discussed what we would do. We decided to purchase the vehicle and John made a very good offer to us for our trade-in. After the sale was completed, John let us know that two other people had stopped in who were interested in the vehicle that day and one made an offer. Joe, however, told them that a potential buyer was making a long drive into town and he insisted on keeping his word that the vehicle we were interested in would be there when we arrived. He was true to his word and we could not have asked for a better buying experience. I would recommend this dealership and both of these gentlemen highly.

I bought a 2011 BMW 535 here. And only after one day driving I found this car has a problem. It vibrates after 70 miles\h. i thought it was small problem like the balance so I agreed to let them to fix it. But they fail to solve it and wast one week of my time. And finally they deny the vibration problem though it is so obvious. Their manners and attitudes are also pretty vile. Im talking to my lawyer and decide to cancel this deal. Be careful when trade here.

We bought a 2010 Honda Insight because the comparables indicated that it would be a good buy. The dealer was helpful enough when we were interested but he told us a number of things that turned out to not be true: 1) he said the car was a trade in. When we checked Carfax, it was sold at auction. 2) we werent able to have a mechanic check it out until after we bought it; when we did our mechanic told us the car had been wrecked and rebuilt 3) the dealer insisted that our interest rate on financing was 2.5; when we did the paperwork it was suddenly 4.9 (my husband has a credit rating over 700). The Carfax report didnt say anything about the car having been wrecked: it doesnt report private repairs. Im very displeased with this dealership and cannot recommend them in any way. Their practices are unethical; they should have told us upfront the car had been wrecked -- there are plenty of buyers who will happily take a chance on such a car. Were not one of them.

"Ill Never Go Back To This Place."
My wife and I bought a 2010 BMW at this place. We were told several times the car had Bluetooth, but we could not figure out how to activate it...very much needed it. The dealer sent me to a service center in Norwood, where the tech told me this car did not have Bluetooth. I could get it installed for about $400, but they dont do it there. Also, the tire pressure dash alert light wont turn off. The dealer checked the tires and told me "It will turn off after you drive a few miles." The light never went off. The Norwood tech told me it was probably one of the sensors in the tires. And because the "tires" arent covered by the factory warranty, they cant fix it. They dont do "tires" anyway. Ok...perhaps this dealer should acknowledge that they sell cars "as-is" and dont back-up repairs that should be covered by the factory and extended warranties.

Poor experience - I got a rental car to drive the 20 miles to their location. Although previously agreed to make a test ride with a 528 2012 model with John P Morgen (called ray) the car was in service. The 2010 model was at another location but should be there in 10 minutes. When answering that I will not make the decision on spot Ray started to show me some models where either price or mileage was above my limit - not considering my answers at all. When it was clear that no car is coming he promised me to let me know once the 2012 model is back from service. Needless to say that this never happend. Bad experience but as I see from other reviews that happens to other people too. Take car.

Great Prices that under Kelley Blue Book. I bought a lease turn in from Auto Mall that was from Mercedes Benz Financial Services. I have been looking for months for a nice Mercedes Benz C300. They had the BEST price within a 200 mile radius. I asked them why were their prices so low and they stated to me that they have a very low over-head costs and the savings are passed onto the customer. My main concern was getting APPROVED for credit and amazingly I was. The Sales Rep (SONNY) was EXCELLENT. He answered all my concerns and even delivered my car to me. The car buying process went very smoothly and I was there ONLY 30 minutes. I would HIGHLY recommend the Auto Mall. If these guys cant get you approved no one can.

Went there after looking to book a test drive and the refused to let me drive the vehicle unless I was willing to purchase the vehicle that day as they didnt want to put on any additional miles on the car. I am happy to report that more then 6 weeks later the car is still there and they had to drop their price. The odd part is I was willing to buy just didnt like the high pressure sales tactic and pour customer service

Drove 30 minutes last Saturday to this dealership to purchase a 2009 C300.when we arrived the dealership was busy with customers and since we did not call in advance and they have limited amount of dealer plates for test drive,we were asked politely to wait for a plate to ba available for test drive.meanwhile my Sons got comfortable on the nice leather couch in front of a Big screen TV in the showroom.I was offered a coffee from Starbucks which was very nice indeed.after 15-20 minutes we were off for a test drive with a very clean C300 we came to purchase.the rest was easy process,the financing was quick and we were out in no time,happy with our purchase.Thank you Joe for all your efforts.

I had to wait almost 40 minutes to take the car I was interested in for a test drive. I thought that maybe it was me but I asked a couple leaving the premises and they told me they waited 30 minutes. So I guess this is the norm. Sales guy was good, professional and friendly. The car was awful dirty, still had receipts on the floor from the previous owner. I was told this car had gone thru their wonderful thorough inspection. Yet the car had 3 bold tires, engine bay, interior and exterior were dirty. The salesman said he was embarrassed to show me the car. Guys.. Dont put up a car for sale until you have at least cleaned it. I decided not to pursue the vehicle purchase based on their lack of effort to pay attention to detail.

I gave these guys 5 stars in another review, based on their friendliness and helpfulness when I bought my car. I also just had the Golf I bought checked out by my mechanics, who said its one of the cleanest used cars theyve ever seen. On the other hand: when they brought the car to me they hadnt even taken off their stickers, let alone shined it up as they said they would. And when I called about a problem with the valet key, they never called back. So Im not sure what to make of them. Would I recommend them? Maybe, but Id say be alert--they werent as professional as I first thought.
