"Failure Test Drive."
I was supposed to test drive a vehicle, drove 40 minutes to get there just to find the car was dead, wouldnt start, other cars blocking it, nobody care to try and get it started for me, there was no warranty, dealer only guarantees inspection problems, representative was not knowledgeable of the vehicle at all. Very poor customer service there in my opinion and experience.

"Great Sales Rep, Terrible Sales Management"
The sales rep was great, but the manager, Andrew, was extremely condescending once I informed him that we were too far off to have a deal. After being spoken down to for the third time, I felt compelled to point out how rude he was being. As you might imagine, Andrew was unhappy that I held him accountable for his behavior, as well as held him responsible for trying to convince me that I had looked at a truck two trim levels up from what I test drove. It is too bad that Andrew could act more professionally. In the week following my visit to AutoServ, I was able to sell my current vehicle. Rather than dealing with Andrews old school, confrontational, sales tactics, I purchased my new truck from a sales manager that does business with integrity. Even in NH, we all have plenty of options on where we spend our money. I have no doubt that Autoserv is a good dealership overall, but I had to choose to spend my money elsewhere because of Andrews approach. Andrew, you took money out of AutoServs pocket, wasted my time -- and most importantly -- took money out of your sales reps pocket. Had you treated me with respect, not only would you have received respect in return, but you would also being delivering a truck to me this Saturday. Speaking with friends following my visit, I have learned that I am not the only person that has had the same experience with you. I hope you can adjust your approach before doing real harm to a well respected local business.

I needed to get a new car for work and had negative equity in my old car. I went up to see John Scannell who recommended I wait a few months to get the negative equity down and come back instead of trying to push a car on me. When I returned this week, he was so accommodating and had me in and out with a new car in two days on my lunch hour!! He is so wonderful and just "gets it". He adapts to whomever is before him and doesnt try to push the sale. You feel like he is putting himself in your shoes and just goes with the flow. In the end I drove off today with the Jeep Cherokee that I wanted and I couldnt recommend more John Scannell as the best Salesperson on the Planet. A couple years ago, I had just moved to New Hampshire for school and I was looking for a car that would be better in the snow. Autoserv was not the first place I stopped and Bob Labrie was not the first salesperson who I talked to that day, but he was certainly the first one who showed me any respect. As a 22-year-old who likes to wear sweatpants, I wasnt exactly expecting anyone to roll out the red carpet for me, but I also wasnt expecting to be actively ignored at the other dealerships. The tone of my whole day changed when I was approached by Bob Labrie in the Autoserv showroom. My favorite thing about working with Bob is that he prioritizes his role as an "advisor" over his role as a "salesman". Through the whole process, Bob clearly had my best interest in mind, and his relationship with his sales managers only further aided his ability to fight for my wants and needs. Long story short....ask for Bob and youll find the last advisor youll ever need.

I was looking for a very specific used car. AutoServ had one of about 6 in the lower 48(if you call NH lower!)Anyway, long story short, they had the car I wanted but the hitch was, I live in SW Florida. The process of buying a car via email, phone, fax etc was arduous. But, the people of AutoServ, one in particular, Joshua Ellis, had helped alleviate the majority of the stress. Josh was very understanding, flexible, and very supportive when it came to communication and correspondence with me and of course banks, co-signers, transport drivers etc. If it wasnt for Joshs professionalism and expertise, I may have actually given up on purchasing the car altogether. But, I have my car now, its in MINT condition as promised, and I love it. Couldnt be happier. Kudos to the people of AutoServ. Kate, Danielle, reception lady, managers and Josh!

Autoserv took in our trade vehicle in a very smooth process. Our vehicle was ready to picked up when we arrived, as scheduled. The financing and signing process were equally as smooth. Having an Allstate insurance broker inside the dealership made for an easy transition to insure our new vehicle and was so convenient! Our vehicle was clean and detailed upon pickup with no damage. The dealership itself is immaculate and is an inviting environment that makes you feel comfortable. The wait time was minimal during the financing and signing processes. Above all, our salesman John S. was attentive, responsive, knowledgeable and incredibly helpful!! He made sure everything was all set and ready for us and there was not a single issue during the whole process! I have always been pleased with the service at Auto Serve, and feel confident everyone tries their best. The only improvement I long for is to have someone do something about the coffee in the little diner there, it is the only blot on an otherwise satisfactory experience of waiting to get my car back. Shouldnt that dinner come up to the level of the rest of the place, at least coffee-wise? On a positive note, I love to see the art done with car parts. It adds soul to the atmosphere and sets Auto Serve apart from an ordinary dealership. It makes me want to stop in just to see these creative sculptures.

I brought my car in for its annual inspection courtesy of Autoserv (part of the sales agreement when the vehicle was purchased in 2013). Melissa (service advisor) was jovial, very courteous and helpful. My only complaint had to deal with how the car was delivered to me after its washing. The interior stank of stale cigarettes. It took a few minutes of driving with the windows down to remove the offensive smell. Other than that - thumbs up.

My wife and I walked into the VW showroom Sunday afternoon as potential buyers of a Passat. We were not greeted or helped in any way. There was a Passat in the showroom, so we spent 10 minutes in and out of the car to get the feel of it. Still no sales consultant. We then walked thru several of the other brands within the dealership - still no acknowledgement. After 20 minutes, we left. Whats going on here?? The Passat is very nice - but if we buy it, it will be in Manchester.

We have been customers of BJ Thompson for about 4 years and have bought 4 cars from him. No matter where he goes, we follow him. BJ is the fairest and most honest salesman we have ever worked with. We always feel comfortable with his advice and recommendations. Autoserv Tilton is also an awesome dealership, that offers many conveniences such as an on site restaurant and even Allstate Insurance. Allstate was able to save us $400 per year on our insurance. The whole experience was a win!

First of all I want to say my experience started with a phone call from Holly Drew. She was so amazing and patient. I am a mom of 4 ( 1, 2, 14 & 18) and super busy and she stayed on the phone with me for almost 45 minutes, going over some vehicles, seeing where my interests lay, learning a little bit about my life so she could pick out a couple things that would fit well while meeting my needs AND wants. She was very attentive and I could tell she really cared. Not even sure yet if I was ready to buy or wanted to buy, she already had me interested hook, line and sinker =) When I got to AutoServ she hooked me up with Eric Binder. Eric is absolutely amazing, there are no words. Again, he really listened. Just on a side note, I walked in there with no shower (I know, lol, but if you have a 1 and 2 year old you will totally identify!!), a baseball cap, t-shirt and ratty old jeans. In retrospect I am glad I did. It was just further testament that I was really listened to and cared about as a consumer. Eric spent hours with me, learning again of my wants, needs, expectations, hesitations and such. He asked a lot of questions and he eventually showed me the vehicle I bought. Eric, you went above and beyond the proverbially "call of duty" I have never ever in my life been treated so well at a car dealership. I am now a proud owner of a 2015 Jeep Cherokee Sport. 1st new car I have owned in my 40 years. I can honestly say, if it wasnt for the attitudes, respect and caring I got from these 2 people, I would not have bought. So, I want to say, TY Holly and Eric, from the bottom of my heart, you guys are great!! And good luck to you both!! See you around in my new car =)
