Late April of 2016 I purchased my vehicle from the Chichester location through Yaz, the sales associate and Bill, the finance manager and I cannot stress what a pleasant and honest car-buying experience I had. Yaz was extremely knowledgeable and understood what I wanted out of my next purchase. All it took was a couple of test-drives and I had already found the one. My financing options were discussed in detail and any questions I had were clearly explained by Bill. went to mikes 2 in chichester and made a deal. got approved without seeing actual vehicle, it was fine brought it home, my wife said return it, so next morning at 9 am I was at dealer. greeted by owner, he asked what he could do for me. I said I need to return car, and want me old car back. this is within 24 hours. he tells me he sold my old car and nothing he could do. went on there website 3 weeks later and found it on there website, not wholesaled like he said but for sale even though he said it was sold.. I would not trust there word..

I went into the chichester location at mikes affordable auto and the salesman there were very helpful...I ended up buying a truck from them and the truck runs great.. Didnt think my credit was good enough but they got me approved and I drove away with my new truck.. Thank you guys so much....

I couldnt have come to a better place to have my car fixed..I dropped it off and was told that it would be ready in two hours and was called and hour later and mike told me that my car was ready to be picked up and that everything was all fixed.. And what I noticed about my car when I picked it up I had a scratch on the side of my door when I dropped it off but when I picked it up the scratch was fixed and I wasnt charged for it.. I want to thank all the workers at mikes affordable in concord nh on manchester street.. They went out of there way to help me. Thank you guys again.....

mike sells a lot of junk cars and trucks - has a habbet of putting inspectsion stickers on cars that would never pass inspection. i have heard he loosed his help because he tells them to put stickers on cars that dont pass. He told me that the breaks on my sons truck that was purched at mikes went bad from my son booning the truck and beating on it. He told me one of his "guy" saw the truck in a field in that town i live in being beated. i have had to rebuild the tranny, hub assembly, front axel, it still has a bad body mount, mikes auto - run dont walk

i felt comfortable at a dealer for the very first time when i stepped onto mikes lot. i was not bombarded with paperwork, questions, and credit applications. the salesmen were easy going and actually there to help me find the right car, and i did!! a test drive is a must for me and it was hassle free to take the car for a spin, when it came to financing i was beyond nervous but i got approved.. and i have AWFUL credit. my experience overall was easy going and painless. i truly would recommend mikes affordable, i will certainly be buying here again. :)

Had a great experience. After looking around for a used truck I found exactly what I wanted at Mikes. Sales guys were great, had all the info, easy to negotiate with, no high pressure. We agreed on a deal easily and quickly. They handled all the paperwork and even got me an interest rate through my own credit union that was a 3rd of what they had quoted me on used cars. Truck was perfect when I picked it up, inspected, and ready to go. They even gassed it up. Overall I am very pleased with the truck and the buying experience at Mikes Affordable Auto 2.

I purchased and financed thru this dealer a new/leftover 2009 Dodge Viper. This dealer had a very accurate and detailed ad. This was an out of state purchase which can add to the stress of car buying. Upon arrival, the car was exactly as promised. These were very nice people and very professional. I felt they were honest and upfront. The entire process was pain-free- no drama- no bait & switch. Just a very straightforward car deal. I am very particular about my cars and this dealer had the car up on a lift when I arrived; ready for me to inspect every inch. I was not rushed one bit. I financed thru this dealer as well as had the car serviced and detailed. One stop for all service. I will use this dealer for when I buy my next exotic car. This was a pleasant experience.

i bought a car at this dealer was told that i day i picked it up that a mechanic would be there to put an inspection sticker on it, went to get the car to find out the mechanic was off, was told to come back on saturday to get the sticker, showed up on saturday to be told there is no mechanic there, and that i had to go to their other location the next day to get the sticker. not only did it take 3 tries to get an inspection sticker, but the day i bought the car the salesman kept getting up and doing other things while i was sitting at the desk waiting for him to service me, also told me that they would check multiple credit unions for my financing to get me lowest interest rate and when i went back to sign the papers i found out they didnt check any, so i had to get the loan refinanced myself at a credit union to get lower then the almost 5% interest rate they had, only reason i bought the car here was that it was something i wanted and in nice condition. unless you have the time to drive back and forth and be told many conflicting pieces of information i dont suggest buying a car here
