I had a wonderful experience buying two cars here. Everything changed when I called in to ask a question a year later. From word one I was treated abhorrently by an employee. He misunderstood me (Im not particularly versed with car interworkings and am suffering from an illness making my voice sometimes difficult to hear) I actually asked his name and also why he was treating me so poorly? He said his name was Shawn and I shocked said that he was the kind man who sold me the car. He said I was probably "nice" then and that he had no idea who I was calling in asking him an accusatory question. My question was that it appears my splash guard had been zip tied on, was that typical? He lost his marbles on me until I was almost in tears trying to explain it was a question not accusation and that I really did not understand how our miscommunication had made him treat me so poorly. He said he will never tolerate a rude, aggressive person. Huh??? Im in total shock and will never darken their door again. Very sad consumer.

"Unexceptable Salesman, And Terrible Service."

I went to Sanchez Motors looking for a jeep wrangler, and I found one that caught my eye. On the lot I saw the jeep I was looking for, and then continued to look it over. I popped the hood, because the car was unlocked. So I assumed I could. I looked around the car to analyze what I was looking to purchase. Then the owner storms out (his name is Shawn from other reviews Ive read, and they also say hes very rude) and he says we need permission to look at the cars, and while I can see where he was coming from, what bothered me was bow rude he was. I continued by telling him to keep the car locked then, and he asked how I would feel if someone was looking at my car, and I said I wouldnt have a problem because Id keep the damn car locked. He said something I didnt hear, and I told him Ill leave then. And then he said good. Terrible customer service, it felt like he didnt want to sell the car.

"Worst Customer Service Ever"

Beware all. Stay away from this dealership! This is by far the worst customer service Ive had in a car dealership. The owner, Shawn, was not only rude but disrespectful. I called to quote one of their cars and he rudely said his price was final. When I offered to pay in cash, he said he wasnt doing me any favor taking cash money and that he preferred financing. While trying to negotiate over the phone, he said he was not going to spend two hours on the conversation and hung up on me. Please note the call was 5 minutes long, and that I was only trying to address my doubts about the vehicle in question. I pointed I was out of state and that Id be traveling to California to check out the van. If this was over the phone, I cannot imagine the horrendous experience I would have had at the dealership. Thank god I called first. Shawn, you should learn some manners and how to treat respectfully a potential customer. You are a complete unprofessional and uncourteous "salesman". If you had treated me differently, I would have easily made the trip and bought the car. Again, stay away from this dealership.

"Great Car Buying Experience"

Our experience with the purchase of our 2002 Honda Odyssey was what a car buying experience should be like. We came on to the lot and I did not see anybody so I walked to the door of their office and before I could touch the door their guy opened the door said Hi and shook my hand. I told him about our interest in the Honda Odyssey and he went and got the keys and we walked back out to the car. He did not try to push us into a purchase but was there to answer all our questions. We took a test drive and were pleased with the performance of the car and decided to buy the car. They were very efficient in handling the paperwork and the only snafu was with our bank. The dealership offers a 30 day or 1000 mile warranty on their cars and they specialize in low mileage vehicles. Our car has less than 85,000 original miles on the vehicle. They also provide a free CARFAX report on the vehicle. We are very happy with Rigo and the guys at S Motors. We would not hesitate to buy another car from them or to recommend them to our friends and family. We drove from Van Nuys to Fullerton to deal with them because they had the car we were looking for.

"Terrible And Rude Service, Rushing You To Purchase"

i went to the dealer shopping for a used car, the cars i was being showed were all lemons. for example i was looking at a vehicle and it obviously had an electrical problem the lights would short out. when we popped the hood, we can hear a lifter knocking in the engine, the sales man said it is an old car and is being sold as is, this was a 2006 with 100,00 miles. the sales man offered to fix the electrical on the car with a $5000 down payment, which i know i would take the car home and the electrical would never get fixed. So we moved on to the next vehicle that was $4000 over Kelly blue book price. From the beginning the sales man was angry and pushy for us to rush into purchasing a car, then he would walk away like if we were taking his precious time. I researched Smotors Fullerton on google and came up with lots of reviews which all were unpleasant to read. I am glad i didnt buy a car from Smotors. i think i dodged a bullet. buyer beware.

"As Good As It Gets"

got a 530i a few days ago! Only one word about customer service : superb! the whole process was very smooth and quick! Shawn is a very kind and friendly person, i had such a great time at the dealership with Shawn that i did not want to leave it! The car i got is stunning, runs great! Had a little issue which Shawn kindly promised he will fix at no charge for me. This dealership is as good as it can possibly be. Very happy with my car and my buying experience. I wish both the dealership and its owner only the best! thank you Shawn!

"Do Not Buy A Car From S Auto"

I only had my car less than 2 weeks before it broke down. It cost be $780 to fix it. A week later it started over heating as watered pour from underneath the car. I contacted S Motors and basically was told it wasnt their problem. I could take the car to them to check it out but it would cost me to fix it. I havent even made my first payment yet. I have a good mind to call the finance company and let them know what kind of dealership S motors is! DO NOT buy from S motors or Ill be saying, "I told you so!"

I searched and searched for a specific car. finally found it here at Smotors, an Mr2 Spyder. t was in great condition with a new convertible top and fresh performance tires. purchased directly from Sean, and he was a no presser salesman. his is a dependable used car dealer. had one minor issue with my purchased vehicle, and it was corrected without question or any cost to me. And because I had to drive my car back to him from where I reside, he included a full tank of gas, which these days truly means a lot. is support did not stop there. hen the finance company called me numerous times to request a copy of a picture Id, that I was waiting for in the mail from the DMV, he immediately called them to explain the situation. couldnt be more impressed with this dealers customer service. e advertises a no hassle price, if you want to haggle then pick another dealer, but I promise you wont find a better used car dealer in the OC or the LA county area. hank you Sean. rom James and Cendie . "Good Customer Service Not So Good Sale"

The sales men were very friendly and it was a good experience however, we were told they did oil changes and repairs on all th cars on the lot. We took bought the car and the next day, the oil light came on and ended up paying $100 for an oil change. The car didnt have mats, manual, and had a few scratches that we were supposed to recieve polish to cover them which we havent gotten yet. Its been a month. I am really disappointed because they have nice cars on their lot at reasonible prices. They also dont take checks, just cash or money orders.
