Took delivery of what i thought was a sweet 2015 mazda 6. A few days later i noticed the roof aamd truck had heavy dimples all over them. Had to hail or something. Called the dealer and got a sales manager and they could care less. In their mind the car was sold and theu got their money. They didnt even offer to look at the xar and possibly point me in the direction of a company they trust so i could get it fixed. Customer sevice sucked, soend your money somewhete
"Miata Rf Launch Edition"
I picked up my Miata today. To begin with I had flown in from Florida, and was picked up at the Airport(!) by my sales person, Jonathan. He had kept in touch while I was in Fl., had my Miata prepared and waiting. Jonathan painstakingly explained all the details of my car, patiently answering all my questions. He was was obviously very knowledgeable about my model. I was then introduced to Barrie,who walked me through the paperwork. She presented different coverage options, but was in no way "pushy". As I left I even got a friendly greeting from a gentleman whom I surmised was the manager. To sumerise, my purchase at Smith Haven Mazda was as pleasant as I can imagine. I shall share this experience with friends, and will certainly return there for my next automobile purchase

I asked about it via email, and within a half hour I got a professional, friendly email from Michelle about the car. She helped me answer a few basic questions and helped me set up a test drive appointment. When I came in, Lauren the salesperson was very nice and helpful. She worked with me to get the price down to something I was able to afford. From the start of the process, the entire staff was very professional and made me feel like I was their biggest priority.

Bought a Used Mazda from this dealership that just came off of a lease. Once I bought the car home from the lot (about a 10 minute ride), I noticed that there were about 4 of small cracks in the windshield. The next day I brought my car to the dealership for them to " fill the cracks" however it made no difference in the look of the windshield. When i had issue with this, I called the dealership with my concerns and with the hopes that they would do the right thing and replace my windshield. When I called, the management (mainly Jon) they were very rude and unhelpful and basically told me that filling the cracks was all they would do and that If I wanted a new windshield I would have to replace the windshield out of my own pocket. They told me it was my fault that i hadnt noticed the cracks on my test drive. Just a word of caution, double- triple check before you buy a used car from any dealership so you are not swindled like i was. Now i will have to spend $500 or more on a New Windshield when i purchased the car less than 24 hours ago. Stay away !

Wilson Chung actually met us in the lot as we drove in, knew we had an appt and knew our names. He walked us into the office and took care of all the paperwork. I liked how they got right to the point. We didnt have hours to sit and wait, and although we ended up going home for a short period (we had our 4 month old son with us), the process was pretty quick and painless. Also, although we agreed on a certain price, by the time everything was done, we are paying almost $30 less per month. This is a great help! The guys here really seem to care which is rare.

Service Advisor Wilson Chung was excellent, patient, and professional. I dont know a lot about whats under the hood and Wilson patiently explained what needed to be done in laymans terms. He even introduced me to the mechanic that would be working on my car and that personal touch added to my confidence about the job to be done. The customer waiting room was spotless and the amenities were perfect. I was extremely pleased with how I was treated and the service I received. I especially give Wilson all tens.

My wife and I purchase or lease a car every 3-5 years, so we arent newbies to the experience. This is the second positive experience with this dealership and Joe C. in two years. Leased a 2015 Outlander Sport this time around. Price was great. The car was detailed and delivered in a few hours, even on the busiest day of the week (Saturday). All the transactions are in a relaxed atmosphere. Would recommend Smith Haven Mazda Mitsubishi to anyone we know looking for a Mitsubishi or Mazda.

Everyone was very friendly. Rich was the dealer that helped me with my purchase. I went to several other dealerships to look around just to get an idea of what i could get and to see what i like. Most of the people who helped me made me feel obligated to purchase a vehicle right then and there or if i left wanted me to put a down payment on the cars that i actually did like and put them on hold. The thing i liked about Rich was that he wasnt pushy at all. He made me feel comfortable. Even offered me coffee. Car shopping can be very stressful and i liked how he explained to me all the options that i had without pushing me to make a decision. He was always asking what i was thinking and if i had any questions or concerns. He was also very personable. I even left and came back the next day, he did not make me feel obligated to get something just because i was looking around. I would definitely recommend to anyone i know looking for a car to go to this dealership and to see Rich. He was a great help and i am very happy with my purchase!
