This was the best experience I have ever had buying a car. I rarely write reviews but this dealership and my salesman, Mac, and the finance/customer service assistant, Audrienna, deserve this recognition and my time in sharing this review. The dealership is not near where I live but they had a car I was interested in and I was going to be in the area. I did a lot of research (pricing and features and about my trade-in), made an appointment, and I was not disappointed. They worked with me and I drove out that day with the car I wanted at the right price. I will go out of my way to go back next time I am in the market.

I went in on Labor Day to purchase a 2017 Elantra Sport that I had seen on the lot the day before. I had the pleasure of dealing with Jim Sheridan, who took the time to explained everything to me, with regards to leasing verse a purchase. He presented it on paper, in a format that was easy to understand. I never felt pressure to go one way or the other. He helped me see the differences between the two options. My wife and I where able to discuss it privately and make a educated decision that worked best for us. After a nice test ride, I made the deal and drove the car home that day. The buying experience was so much better than expected. Usually car salesmen are pushy and shady in my opinion but I found none of that at Freehold Hyundai. Everyone was awesome that I interacted with. My salesman Howard McNamara is such a nice man. He went over everything with me that I needed or wanted to know and was patient while I thought things through. This is no small investment and I appreciate the fact that he didnt push me to make decisions or make me feel uncomfortable. I believe Andre is his supervisor and he is just great too. Also very nice. His cousin "T" who went over the entire car with me and how it works is such a cool guy. Even the finance dept and insurance dept were great. I was pleasantly surprised by how wonderful things went. The showroom is nice and clean. The coffee was good...always a plus!! I would definitely recommend these guys and Hyundai makes a great product. I had a 2005 Hyundai Sonata which is still in super tip top shape with no issues. I am still in awe how different these people are from the typical. I am very happy with my decision to buy my new car from them.
