#1...the two gentlemen in the service department are the same two that have been there my last three or four visits. Stability within a company is very important, and comforting. They are both very friendly and professional. I came in for a oil change and tire rotation, ended adding additional filters, not cause he said I ‘needed’ them, cause he said I ‘may’ need to change them soon. Service is always fast, friendly & professional from the girl who called to remind me it was time for a service visit and offered a discount coupon, to the driver dropping me off & picking me up, even the fellow who brought me my car freshly car washed. I’ve been bringing my cars to Nissan on 1st Street over 10yrs, they are the best! Not all dealerships are equal.

The dealer told me I had to pay for the oil change on my new car. I left my car and went to lunch with a friend who told me that on a new car you usually get free oil change. When I returned and asked about that they said I did. so I did not have to pay. Originally I was going to pay $40. I was also told I would get a free car wash which I did not. I reminded them and they did it but I ended up with a much longer wait for my car to be done.
