SO FRUSTRATED..have been looking for a used car for the past three months. Went to Atlantic TwiCE and kept asking let me know if you find something- I FOUND a car on their webpage. Long story short- went in on Saturday- they "swore" it was the lowest price they could give me..hesitant I agreed to the purchase. The salesman said we could have the car tonight!! FOUR Hours later no car- we need to go back. Have you heard from the salesman when to come in??? Me neither!!!!! so tempted to cancel my order!!!!

We have been a long time customer of Atlantic Hyundai having leased 2 consecutive 3 year leases on the Hyundai Tuscon. We were very well on our way to lease a 3rd from Atlantic. We met Ronald Brook, agreed on a deal and he told us that he would find the car we were looking for we just had to leave a $500 deposit. He took forever to call us. First we waited 5 days and nothing from him. I had to call him and he told me that he would have an answer in 45 minutes. 3 hours later I had to call him AGAIN. He said oh just give me another 45 minutes. 3 days later he called us back saying there were NO 2016 Hyundai Tuscons available in the tri state area and we should come in to talk about a deal on the 2017s. So I didnt believe this one bit and went to another dealership. Within 10 minutes they found us the vehicle we wanted and at a great deal. So Bye Bye Atlantic you will never have any business from me or my family again.

Anyone who is new to buying a brand new car is always nervous to be taken advantage of or mislead. I did my homework and went to multiple Hyundia Dealers as I was set on the new 2017 Hyundia Elantra. Looking around the lot I was confronted by a sales man, Fati Harris. Unlike any other sales man I dealt with, he wanted me to drive the car first. He was also able to answer numerous questions previous hyundia dealer sales men stumbled on. He worked with my lack of knowledge to buying a new car and explained how the process worked. He also got the price of the fully loaded electric blue Elantra right where I wanted. Its hard to find a honest and ambitious sales man. The dealer owed me some items and Mr.Harris insisted on personally delivering the items on his own time!!! My family is now looking into getting another car and I will be sure to return to Fati Harris for an amazing car buying experience. If your shopping for a hyundia be sure to make an appointment with Mr.Harris. He will do all he can to get you into the car you want! Trust me!
