I truly enjoyed my experience at Liberty Mazda. Everyone there was kind, helpful and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy and got the car that I really wanted and I absolutely LOVE my Mazda 3. The GM, Chris was instrumental in making the sale happen and is truly the nicest and most genuine guy around. I went to other Mazda dealerships and honestly, I just didnt like the people there, I felt like I was at the stereotypical car dealerships where they keep you there for 45 minutes running back and forth while they go talk to their manager to try and work out the "best price". I felt zero pressure at liberty and they worked just as hard to get my best deal and thats why I wanted to give my business to them and would recommend them to everyone and anyone.

I bought a used 2017 Chevy Traverse and I love it! My sales rep Fridrick took great care of us. I had to trade in my 2010 Mazda CX-9 (which I bought there used in 2013) after spending $1500 at Mazda Liberty Service Dept to have my A/C fixed to end up having to bring it back because it broke 4 days later. They said it would cost an another $1200 and they couldnt guarantee me that it would be permantely fixed since "something else could go wrong". I didnt think it was worth spending the money and it felt shady to me. The man in Service told me they would "help me out" and credit me the $1500 towards another car but then denied saying that to the sales rep saying they are 2 separate departments and one has nothing to do with the other. I got a decent trade in value for my car but nothing off the sticker price because it was "posted online" and they couldnt go any lower. Although I love my car and was very pleased with the sales department and man who did the financing, I would not recommend anyone ever take their car to be serviced there other than whats covered under the warranty. I give 5 stars for the sales department and 1 star for service so its a 3 star average.

I scheduled and priced a regular service for my 2015 Mazda 3 online with Liberty Mazda. I was pleasantly surprised to get an available date and time exactly when I wanted. Upon arrival they reconfigured the service to complete all the items I requested, but reduced the price from $270 to $199. Additionally, they had a quiet waiting room that was clean and had internet available with a 120 Mbps connection. Liberty Mazda completed the service in less time than I expected, plus cleaned and vacuumed the car. Normally, Ive found most dealerships will only do that if I bought the car from them.

I received the most friendly and professional service and attention that anyone should expect at a car dealership. My problem was urgent for me, I used my car for work and I had a major brake problem. They got me in the next day, they repaired my car perfectly and stayed in touch with me to let me know the status. They loaned me a car because they thought it might be more than one day and when I got my car back it felt new again. I couldnt thank them enough for their personal attention and their quality of work.

I have been taking my car to this dealership since I moved to MA in 2012. I am not impressed with the level of service. I bought my Mazda in WI, and took it to the dealership there whenever it needed service, that dealership went above and beyond my expectations, great customer service. I wish I could say the same about this one in MA. Recently, I brought my car in for an oil change and tire rotation. One of the tires has a slow leak, causing me to put more air in it about every 4 weeks. 1 day after this dealership serviced my car, the sensor told me the air pressure was low in that tire. The dealership didnt even check the air pressure in my tires. Shouldnt that be part of the "full service oil change"?

I was greeted and asked if i needed any help (which i declined), but allowed to walk and look at the cars. I was told that all the cars on the lot are unlocked and feel free to get in and look. It was refreshing to not be bombarded with questions and financial qualifiers before i had a chance to see if i liked the car! Nice facility, good selection of inventory. Robert my salesman was knowledgeable, and helpful, but most importantly, if he didnt know the answer to a technical car question, he said so in stead of making up an answer. They were fair with the pricing, and made the final paperwork as painless as possible. I really do like my Mazda CX5,

I feel that the Team at the service team truly respects my busy schedule with little time to spend at the dealership and I know when I go to Liberty Mazda, I can be assured of not spending a lot of time there while my car is being serviced. I would highly recommend any Mazda owner to have their vehicle serviced here for a great customer service experience!

Bought a CX9 on a Sunday and picked up the car on Monday. The buying process was smooth, low pressure,and Fridrik did a great job communicating and getting things ready for pickup and facilitating the trade in. So far so good! The installation of a remote starter was a minor sticking point. The installation required the battery to be disconnected and so the inspection sticker could not be done that day since the car needs to have several start up sequences and drive time recorded. I had to schedule another time to come in for the sticker and to reprogram one of the remote starter fobs that didnt work. Overall Im pleased with how I was treated when mistakes were made. I dont expect perfection but I expect that setbacks are owned and appropriately dealt with,and this was definitely the case.

Great experience! The moment we parked in the Mazda lot we were greeted by Fridrik. He had great positive energy and was very knowledgeable, and he took the time to answer all our questions as our minds were not set on which car to buy, we had it narrowed down to either a Mazda CX5 or Honda CRV. We decided Mazda CX5 was the best choice for us and he then took his time to provide an outstanding training for the car, going through all its features and giving me lots of valuable information. I had Brooke as a salesperson and she was extremely patient and friendly! I came in with my 2006 Mazda 3, wanting to lease a new Mazda CX-5 back in May and Brooke was very knowledgable and not pushy at all. I was in a bad financial situation in my Mazda 3 and needed to roll over some negative equity into my new lease. I went over all the numbers with brooke and her manager, and in the end it didnt make sense for me to purchase at that time. I recently just went back last week because I really liked the CX-5 and the customer service at Liberty Mazda, and was now in a better position to lease. I went in with exactly which one I wanted and Brooke helped me secure it and I worked with their finance manager and wrote up the papers that day. I have the car now and I really enjoy it! Its fun to drive, has all wheel drive for the winter and has all the space I need! Overall great service and great product!
