Welcomed immediately upon entering the showroom, Yulissa was brought to us right away ready to answer questions and guide us in how Lexus was better than the others. Very informative and helpful in the showroom and on the road test. Negotiating prices and features always a challenge but happy to have found something I was looking for in their stock; though they could have a larger selection. Once everything was agreed on, the process of purchase couldnt have been smoother. Understanding and helped with special registration as well.

I had stopped in just to look again at the new RX 350, with no intention of pursuing a deal that day. My wife and I came in on a tight timeline mainly to check on color combinations and option packages available on 2012 and 2013 RXs. I spoke to Tom Savone the day before we came in and explained our situation including our tight schedule. Not only was he able to answer all our questions and have the exact cars available for our viewing when promised, but he was also able to present an attractive deal including a fair trade-in price for our old car. We completed a deposit that same day and the car was in our possession not long after. This is an excellent dealer with great customer service.

The only time I write a review good or bad is when the facility is deserving of one. I am a golf pro in Delaware and it is my job to look at our reviews and try to make our facility better based on our bad reviews. I also know that good reviews are often never written, maybe its because a satisfied customer has less motivation to write one. Either way Mike Morano at West Port Lexus went above and beyond to make my purchase easy, effortless, and enjoyable. Just had a terrific experience leasing a new RX 350. It began with Carolyna who was my internet sales person who provided a strong quote for a 48 month lease. She went on vacation and handed me to David for in person sales who improved the deal. The information available on the internet helps facilitate the process for both buyer and seller. Anthony in finance did a thorough job of going through all the paperwork and Michael did a great job showing us the features of the car once we took delivery. A very easy process with no pressure.

We had visited another Lexus dealer a couple of times, and decided to stop in at Lexus of Westport just to confirm that we were already getting a good deal. Or so we thought. Yulissa worked with us to get us exactly what we wanted, at a cost we were comfortable with. She basically told us, "Tell me what you want, and at what price, and if it can be done then I will make it happen." And she did. I honestly did not think we were going to buy a car that day when we walked into the showroom, but we were sold, and have no regrets. Everyone we worked with was professional and courteous. Ive leased a lot of different cars and dealt with many dealerships over the years. This was my first Lexus (RX350). Chad and Anthony F. made this the best and easiest car sales experience ever. I called in on a Monday, Chad dropped the car off at my house on long Island on Tuesday. Very Impressive!!! He also offered me a better deal than ANY Lexus dealer within a 100 mile radius of my house. Prompt, Courteous, Professional, Personal Service and the best deal EVER!! Who could ask for anything more?

I was shopping around for a new 2014 LS460. I walked into New Country Lexus with other dealer prices in hand. New Country Lexus was able to beat, by a considerable amount of money, to the other dealers. An agreement was made to purchase the vehicle and a deposit was given. I was advised by my sales man, John Blank that the vehicle I was looking for was a special order. He assured me he could get it within a couple of days. A couple of days had passed, thats when I received the bad for them/good for me news! He was able to locate the exact vehicle but this one happened to be fully loaded. Oh boy I thought, more expensive vehicle equals more $$ from me. NOT TRUE. He was willing to "keep the customer happy" by selling me the higher priced vehicle for the same price!!! I took delivery of the vehicle on 06/27/14. When I picked up the vehicle they did not say, "Here it is, have a nice day". They provided me with a service consultant, Scott Holmwood who new this vehicle like the back of his hand. He spent at least an hour and a half showing the "less technology advanced" how to operate this car. Showing someone step by step is far easier than trying to figure it out from a book. ***CLOSING*** My advise, from experience is to shop around. Get your best price. Then go to New Country Lexus. You will not be disappointed.

Once we decided to car shop, we decided to get a pre-owed RX 350. We really liked the look and feel after an initial test drive of a pre-owed. I did some research due to my wife having an employee benefit through "CARPERKS" which in then explored. After checking out the site, it became apparent that purchasing a new 2015 RX 350 was not out of the question. The site provided a great deal from a different Lexus dealership. I did additional research and really like what I saw regarding New Country of Lexus of Westport. I sent an internet request to Lexus of Westport in which Joseph Jacob got back to me right away. I present Joseph the offer I got from another Lexus dealership and after talking with his manager, they agreed to match the offer. We make an appointment to go down and visit with Joseph on a Saturday. The drive there was just over an hour from where we live. Once there, Joseph and his manager make us a better deal than what was originally offered (to my surprise I add). My wife and I took a couple of days to make up our mind to move ahead with the deal. We were not pressured to make a decision right then and there which was great, since we are not ones to just jump into something right away. We picked up our new 2015 RX 350 the following Friday. Joseph was great through the whole process. Before we left, Michael Mordoff went over the car with both of us on how everything works. We both found this added service to be such a great benefit! To date, my wife absolutely loves here new car. We would strongly recommend anyone to take the ride to visit Lexus of Westport if they are interested in getting a Lexus. Having found the vehicle/dealership online, it was important to get all our questions handled promptly and correctly. Mike did so and offered very personal service as well. So much so that I was comfortable buying a one-way ticket to buy and drive our "new to us" Lexus back to Wisconsin. This past Saturday, I had an excellent sales experience at Lexus of Westport. It started with a letter from J.R. Buchbinder on Friday, followed by a call from Joe Jacob who asked me to stop by the dealership to discuss potentially purchasing a new Lexus. I arrived at 1pm on Saturday and was greeted instantly. I then met with Joe who was extremely friendly and knowledgeable on the Lexus product. Joe spent alot of time with me asking various questions as to why I was potentially looking to purchase a new vehicle. Joe then showed my around the dealership and the various different colors and options of the Lexus model I was interested in. After a short period of time, we worked out a deal. I then sat with the business manager, Mario Cortella, who was very professional and proficient. He walked me through the deal particulars and made quick work of the process. Finally, Michael Mordoff spent a great deal of time with me explaining the technology aspects of my new Lexus, something that is a tremendous value added service given how quickly technology changes these days. Overall, I am extremely happy with my buying experience at Lexus of Westport and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new or pre-owned Lexus.

RX 350 2015 This is my second RX 350 - first time working with Carolyna. I cant say enough about her. She was a pleasure to work with every step of the way. (My previous sales person 4 years ago was horrible - thankfully he no longer works here). I had a Nissan Altima that was up for lease (4 more payments) and visited Westport Nissan after Joe Jacob got right back to me from my internet inquiry. Took the IS 250 for a test drive and immediately fell in love! Worked out a great lease deal with Joe and was 100% satisfied when it was all said and done! Great experience, no hassle Worked with Thomas and Nick to buy a 2011 Lexus LS600 hybrid. The price was very good for the used car which was a trade in from a regular New Country Customer. Nick was accommodating and friendly. Ricky was also very helpful and professional answering all my questions regarding additional coverage to buy. He seemed honest but did negotiate on the price of a package of warranties and floor mats. The price seemed fair after doing research on a number of ClubLexus forums. Their policy to offer all customers the same price on single warranties is fair but you should still shop around to make sure the price is right. The delivery specialist was very nice, thorough and helpful in explaining all the features of the car to us. He was excellent. Overall a very good experience and worth the 90 minute drive.

Ive had excellent service at Lexus of Westport service department in Fairfield. This past visit topped the cake. I thought the dashboard lights went out on my car and thought it may be electrical. I called and spoke with Scott and he sent someone to my house to pickup the vehicle and take a look. The nice man spent time figuring it out on my driveway and explained it was the auto dimming settings that was the issue. It was not electrical at all and he reset everything for me. Scott followed up and I think they were excellent.

My RX 450H has 30K miles on it. It is new to me purchased from a family member. I had never been to the dealership prior and told the service consultant that information. He neglected to tell me the service center was 8 miles away from the dealership ... why? They dont want the new car customers interacting with the service people. Because I almost fainted when he told me the 30K service (fluids, oil, tire rotation, check a ton of stuff, filters, PCV valve (not on the recommended service BTW) was going to be $800!!! After an 1 1/2 hour drive to get there, I demanded my keys back. I took it to my local reliable foriegn service repair shop that works on our Audi and Porsche. $200 .. Seriously!!! They get 2 stars for how pleasant Scott was to me. He was doing his job. This is my first and last Lexus.
