Im 65 years old and have purchased 100s (thats right, 100s) of vehicles in my life. Pine Belt Jeep is by far the best Ive ever dealt with. Matt Lavender and Tommy Bowen are fabulous people...patient, available, willing and with a sense of humor. I test drove a few vehicles and whined and groaned about pulling the trigger and those two guys just put up with me the whole time. Finally I decided on a Grand Cherokee and we can to a mutually agreeable deal....no hassle...just basically told them what worked for me and BAMMMM!. it was done. Unfortunately, a few days later I had an unforeseen event occur which changed my circumstances considerably. I called Tommy and Matt and , together with management I assume, this dealership bailed me out! Matt Lavender, you are awesome and Pine Belt Jeep will be my life time dealership. 5 stars is just not enough for this dealership so I will say for the record 5 ++++. Both Matt Graves (Salesmen) and Matt Lavender (Sales Manager) were amazing. There was no arguing, haggling, and straight down to the bottom price. I gave them a price and they made it work for me and my family. I was so impressed, not only did I lease one jeep in May, 2016, but went back again and leased another in July, 2016. I have been leasing and buying vehicles for over 30 years and no other dealership can compare to Pine Belt Chrysler Jeep. I highly recommend this dealership to all but one thing I would like to stress is tell Brian Graves and Matt Lavender, Jennifer Donovan sent you. My battery had a defect so my 14 Chevy Cruze went totally dead in my driveway. Pine Belt Chevy sent a tow right away. At Pine Belt in Lakewood you dont get the run around. They come back with a monthly payment and if you agree that is it. No added on fees at the end so your monthly payment goes up. The only time your Monthy payment goes up is if you want to add on certain options, but thats your choice. So I Highly recommend Pine Belt in Lakewood.

I brought my car for body work (broken passenger-side mirror and damaged bumper from a hit and run). The Director of Auto Body Operations was wonderful from our first meeting......very personable and knowledgable. He knew I was paying for a rental car out-of-pocket so he expedited the service so I wouldnt be paying for extra days. My car was finished beautifully in one day!!! I did email his supervisor so that his outstanding service would be recognized. The price was very fair and I was very pleased with my whole experience, as I wasnt looking forward to it.....to be honest!
