I recently purchased my new 2018 Q5 after reading several articles in Consumer Report (CR). Our new Q5 is everything CR reported it to be. The ride is smooth and quiet, and the seats comfortable. The interior is roomy and the 4 cylinder turbo charged engine is smooth and powerful. Overall the Q5 is a great car. The buying experience at McKenna was exceptional. There was no pressure to buy and the negotiations were friendly and fair. I would highly recommend McKenna Audit.

Brought a used car here and been treat as second grade customer, keep promising something and keep make appointment BUT when I been there waiting for an hour and someone will show up and told that they was really busy and cannot do as scheduled need to reschedule to another day - got this TWICE. Why did you made an appointment for me to be there in the first place, why I have to wait for an hour before someone came to say no, why no one call my in the morning that I need to reschedule, all those "why" are beyond me. I am not sure what should I get served by customer service and sale but this is not.

BEST customer service. Made the car buying process as easy as it ever has been for me. Super friendly, helpful and not "car salesman-y" at all. There was no haggling. I just told them what i wanted and they made it happen. I had shopped around to MULTIPLE dealerships and the offer i asked for was VERY competitive and they made it happen, no questions asked. You need to go here! Chris Blair and Bryan the manager will make it happen for you.

Then the delightful and helpful Matthew Rodriguez called me on his way to deliver the car, walked me through everything and stayed patient throughout...he even gave me his number so that i could call with followup questions!!!!!! By his side was the extremely pleasant and knowledgeable Javier Gutierrez. They all made this transaction as painless and pleasant as possible!!!!! I could not be more thrilled!!!! Not sure where to even begin regarding my utmost pleasant experience recently in purchasing my dream car with McKenna Audi. I guess I should start off by saying Ive been wanting an Audi for the past 11 years ever since I saw it cross promoted in 2004s Transporter 2. Since then, I went back and forth between wanting an A8 that was featured in the movie to an A4 after the face lift that occurred in 2008 or so. I finally decided I wanted an A5 when I walked past one parked on a street in San Francisco 5 years ago and my mind was set on one ever since. Flash forward to 2015, I had a quick weekend getaway trip to LA already booked 3 weeks prior to discovering the car that I ultimately ended up purchasing from McKenna. Two days before my flight, I get an Auto Trader alert that the exact A5 that I was tracking for quite awhile (and that I test drove a few months before) finally came back into stock in California at McKenna (the model I wanted is pretty rare and I was even on the verge of buying it out of state a few weeks ago.) Immediately afterwards, I reached out to Eve, an online specialist from McKenna to express my interest in the car and after a brief and pleasant chat, I was paired up with Audi Brand Specialist Duane. Let me just say, the pairing ended up being an absolute blessing. Even prior to me getting off the plane and heading straight to McKenna from LAX to meet Duane (and my dream car) in person, Duane was beyond fantastic to work with. He was professional and courteous both via email and over the phone and patiently answered all preliminary questions I had (which were many) regarding the car and financing. He worked extensively with me to ensure all logistical preparations were completed before I even arrived which aided tremendously in facilitating a smooth test drive, the preparation of financial documents and ultimately, the purchase of my new vehicle. In person, Duane was even more pleasant to work with. He was incredibly friendly, down to earth and in no way gave off the typical "car salesman" vibe where the thirst for the sale supersedes the needs and the wants of the customer. He was truly genuine about wanting to address and resolve any questions or concerns I had. Never once did I feel any pressure from him and although this is only the second car Ive ever purchased, he made the negotiation process (and the entire car buying process overall for that matter) the easiest and most stress-free I could ever experience. He even helped me return my rental car to LAX and treated me to lunch and a nifty Audi t-shirt afterwards! His fellow team members were a pleasure to work with too. Chris in Finance made signing the papers incredibly easy explaining everything thoroughly and in a manner that was easy to comprehend while Raquel provided a fun photo shoot with my new ride for display on their Facebook page. Overall, I cant thank McKenna Audi and especially Duane enough for helping me finally acquire my dream car. Everyone was an absolute pleasure to work with and the no pressure, stress free, friendly environment they provided made the overall car buying experience a fantastic one. If I happen to win the lotto anytime soon, Ill be sure to come back down and pick up that R8 ;o) Thanks again Duane and McKenna Audi!

I just bought a Q7 and am thrilled with the car, my deal and the service I received. Despite going down on a Saturday, I was in and out in record time. John, Alex and Chris worked seamlessly with each other to make sure we were well attended to. Everything we agreed upon was honored, and they made sure that all my questions and concerns were addressed. This is my first Audi, and after driving BMWs, Mercedes and a Hummer, I think this is my favorite car of all. I would definitely recommend them and this car! Thanks McKenna!

I love McKenna, I went there with my wife on Labor Day and was treated like a king! Noah Schmerling, Dominic Torres, and Manny (The Service Guy) took great care of us. This is the 5th car weve purchased from Mckenna and these guys are the go to guys! They were very respectful and listened to everything we wanted, were not pushy at all and made our car buying experience a pleasant one. I had a great visit to McKenna Audi where I leased an Audi Q5. The salesman, John, was really helpful and fun to talk to. I also had enjoyable side conversations with the finance workers and of course the manager, Al, who was very flexible with deals. Unlike Walters Audi in Riverside, Al the manager was very kind and respectful. I went to Walters Audi before going to McKenna, and their manager was a bit rude and unpleasant to talk to. The car, itself, is wonderful and extremely luxurious. It drives smoothly. I love all the technology that is included. 100% German engineered, which is always good. Overall, I had a fantastic experience.
"Stay Away"
I would stay away from the dealership in buying any of the 3 brands they carry. There is no customer service what so ever. They take forever to answer and straight rude on the phone sometimes. They are all about appeal at this store. I would steer clear and go elsewhere. The deals here are nothing special either. There are better deals and better service Around the area plus alot more parking. They jam so many new cars out, where visitors suppose to park you cant and have to sometimes park on the street.
"License Plate Frames Get Swapped"
We have used McKenna Audi off and on for several years. Ive learned that with them, its hit and miss. The car is usually there longer than expected and in the past, the repairs were not always even completed, even though they were on the list. I am used to the "Im sorry, well get right on it and have it ready tomorrow" excuse. I have even had one of my cars returned with the check engine light on. The service advisors are also slow to return calls or will claim they never received a message to begin with. On my last visit, they changed my license plate frames (from a competitor Audi dealership) to theirs without asking or advising. When I called the service advisor to ask why this was done, I was told it is Danny McKennas policy to do this to every car that comes there and that I was being ridiculous even asking. Ridiculous or not, it is MY CAR, not theirs, to decide what license plate frames I want on it or if I even want one at all. My car should leave the dealer exactly as it came in other than having the service or repair completed. I already have requested that they not wash it because I end up having to take it to the local car wash to get it rewashed due them doing a lousy job. Ill consider going back when Danny McKenna himself comes to my home and changes my frames back to what they were when the car got to them.

"Bad Customer Service"
So i bought a car in this audi mckeena. Before i bought the car they always pick up the phone and give me a callback whenever i left a message. And after i payed the car (cash), they promised me 3 days for the payment to go through, but they took 2 weeks to process the payment. And what is worse, i bought the audi care plan for my car, and 2 months after they deduct the funds from my account, they refunded the money, because they said it is not eligible for the audi care plan. They shouldnt offer me the audi care plan in the first place, if it is not eligible for the care plan. And i tried to call them twice a day for 3 weeks (everyday), and left tons of messages, they never give me a single callback. I thought with the overpriced car, i will get a very good customer service, but this dealer disappoint me very much. And i would never buy a car from this dealer again.
