Once again, a great experience getting my C400 serviced. The Service and attention that I received from MB of Flemington is always excellent and it’s a very relaxing experience. I’m always greeted with smiles and friendly greetings and have to complement Jami McLaughlin. She always treats me as if I was her only customer ! I feel at home when I go for a visit and the dealership is so clean. I said hello to Chris Squarcia and informed him of how pleased I am with the service department and should pass my comments to Jami. In general, we all have misgivings about car service managers , especially dealing with luxury cars. But there are exceptions. I found one. He is Mr. Rick Szucs at Mercedes Benz Flemington. He is a guy with empathy for his clients and for him their interests and safety are utmost. I would recommend him whole heartedly and you will find out that he is a service manager cut from a different block! A rarity indeed, these days.

I am a customer and I believe pocketed my lease pull ahead dollars. The Store Manager and the sales person both "swore" to my face that I qualified and then had MB Financial back bill me months later for 3 full payments, showed me as delinquent and put me in collection. I am currently on disability and a hurricane Sandy victim so obviously I will go back to BMW NEVER buy a Mercedes again in my life and run from this dealer. If it seems to good to be true, it is!

Service advisor Arthur Bongiorno provided an excellent service to me. I rate him 10 out of 10.He deserves 11 out of 10. Keep up the excellent service at MB of Flemington, NJ. I ran into a pothole and my tire (front/right) was flat. Got 800 number for road service and then went to take care of the tire problem. It was Friday and I had important meetings at work. Arthur came to my rescue and I was able to go to work on time. And my car was fixed. I was amazed with the service advisor Arthurs professional expertise in treating customer like me who had flat tire and important meetings at work to attend. MB of Flemington, NJ is an excellent dealership and the people like Arthur and Vasil makes it the BEST.

We purchased a new GLK a couple months back...and enjoyed the process so much we purchased a certified 2011 E350 4matic (in time for the snow) from our salesman,Vasil, as well. It was a pleasure to deal with our salesman , Neil Gerstein , in the purchase of a 2014 GLK 350 4 Matic SUV . I do not like a high pressure approach as in some Dealerships & found Neal patient in helping me pick my New Car & guiding me along the way on the appropriate Options that I would want . He searched Dealers that had exactly what I was looking for ( Since none were in stock ) & took time when I picked up the Vehicle to go over setting up the required input for the Dash Board settings . He also arranged obtaining all the Ownership Details including notifying my Insurance Company on Vehicle Details , which saved me that extra step . I also had a Cruise lined up @ the same time I was making the purchase & he said enjoy the Cruise & when I get back we will resume our negotiations . A damaged tire was replaced immediately and I was provided with a free loaner for the hour or so that I had to wait. In addition my car was retuned washed and vacuumed without a request to do so. Thank You

I had ordered a hood insulation piece for my limited production 1990 560 SEC through the parts department, which came in almost immediately, to my surprise. When it arrived, the service representative with whom I dealt offered to have it installed while I was out to lunch, and I took him up on the offer. In spite of the fact that the part that was being replaced was more difficult to remove than anticipated, I was only charged the original price quoted for the fix. I have had previous experiences like this with the service department at Flemington Mercedes, and have always felt they went out of their way to honor the prices and delivery times quoted. What more can one expect?

My car was scheduled for Service A. I called the dealer and no loaner cars were available until the end of the week and I was leaving for vacation on Thursday so that wouldnt work. Jamie my service contact - who happens to live near me - offered to have Mercedes pick up my car and drop her car off. She then returned my car at the end of the day and drove her car home. The service was completed however when I turned on my lights at night it indicated that my front left head light was out. I returned to Mercedes the next afternoon and my car was immediately brought into the shop and the light replaced at no charge to me since I had to come back. An excellent experience !
