This car dealership is the best! My husband and I went there last Friday to look at a few cars. The salesman, Alex, was a perfect gentleman; very nice and he didnt pressure us. He went above and beyond our wildest expectations. Its a rarity now-a-days to be treated with such respect from a car dealership. He gives you so many options to assist you in getting the car youre looking for. They have quality cars and you can tell that they have a passion for selling reliable, trustworthy cars to valued customers, rather than tricking customers into buying a car thats going to more than likely going to have issues shortly after purchase, like many other used car dealerships. Alex definitely worked his magic, because I can happily say at 19 Im driving the car of my dreams; if I could give this dealership more than 5 stars I would in a heartbeat. We were looking for a specific make and model for our son who had just turned 18 and would be going off to college with it this fall. My husband found one listed online and it was right here in our hometown, Alameda. I went right over and looked at it, and met Alex and Julian, test drove it and bought it. The whole experience of dealing with a used car dealership way exceeded my expectations. They followed through on every one of their offers and promises, and went over the top in making sure we were happy, and still are! Very professional, as well as friendly, and easy to talk to about any concerns. I have already recommended them to several friends. I found a car I loved from this site and I worked with Alex to come see the car within a few days. Every time I called-someone answered the phone, every time I emailed-someone responded within a few hours-not days. They had the car READY to drive, no pressure, they want you to be happy. Car Fax and SmogChecks ready when you come back from driving it. These guys know their stuff and they know how to treat customers with respect, I certainly had that experience and Im going to either recommend them or come back, which ever comes first. I got a super clean C230 Sport, all white. They do their homework before offering the car to sell, check them out!!!
