I am going to answer next question no. My family has shopped at this dealer since the 1990s. I have bragged on them. But.... this new quick lane appt thing? Cmon guys. It is not the dr. And making people show up an hour before you open to fight over service position? The salesman talks a great talk. Oh yeah just bring it in and we will fix you up. I have had two bad experiences with this. So today I am driving and realize my 2016 expedition that I have owned less than ten months has a tire pressure issue. Call them up and ask if I can this fixed first thing tomorrow? No maam we have appointments in front of you? What? Then well can you drop it off? It is my tire!!!!! Life threatening to drive on. Takes five minutes to fix. So I called discount tire. They got me right in. No charge and they also had customers waiting. Hmmmmmm. McRee I am done with you. Robin Hall

Took my 2000 F350 in to have them check a shudder in the shifting, after diagnostics I was quoted 1,800 for a new torque converter or 4,000 for a new transmission which was more than I could spend. Called another dealer and found out they were charging me almost double the price of the converter...final cost to fix was 125$ to reprogram the transmission computer...wont be using them in the future. Sent an email to ask why the price was so hogh....no reply. Oh and got a quote to change the torque converter for 600$

Purchased a new 2016 F350 crew cab diesel, could not get the aftermarket items that I wanted worked into the deal, they seemed to have zero interest in going the extra distance to make the deal. After we agreed on price it was raised 600$ and then we were told that the final price would be 4-5000 more than we had agreed upon (signed purchse order) due to rebates and then a misunderstanding about taxes as we were registering the truck in another state.

Clayton explained everything to me exactly the way it was supposed to work. I understood everything from the get go and knew he would answer any questions I had. Leasing a vehicle was so helpful to me. The only thing was - it was not me/customer that did the damage but MY HUSBAND who did the damage. It still pulls to the right because of the right side wheels and rims but Clayton said that was to be expected until it resets itself. I hope it resets fast.

This is the 2nd or 3rd time I have taken my car to Quick Lane for "The Works" with full synthetic oil. The 2nd time my tires were not balanced and rotated. This visit my fluids were not topped off. Makes me wonder if I paid for full synthetic oil and didnt get what I paid for.

My ford 2014 f-150 had an intermittent problem in the ignition system and occationaly wouldnt start right away. Since i purchased my vehicle at McRee they gave me a loaner and took there time with my truck until they were able to duplicate the issue... so far so good. The staff was very pleasent and helpful.

When I got there, they took it back immediately and got to work. They came back and told me what was wrong and how much it would cost and how long it would take. I gave the service department a call on Saturday morning after my driver door would not open from the inside. Rather than having to wait a week for the repair (the door would not close after my husband and I tried to do something with it) after pleading with John, he told me if we could get my car there quickly, he would see what they could do if it was a minor repair. My husband drove it to the dealership holding the door closed with his arm hanging down the side of the door; the repairman took a look at it; it was a minor repair (the plastic mechanism that opens the door had broken); they repaired it; and within two hours I was on my way home. I told John it was due to Gods favor and also the good heart of a good man (John) and a wonderful service department. Thank you!
