I have always disliked car shopping! the minute you pull in the lot the salespeople are on you, the price on the car is never the price you pay! was in the market for a Jeep patriot found one on autobarns website. drove over the next day too have a look at it.Eric was very pleasant showed me the vehicle and gave me all the info he had on it! I took it for a short test drive and purchased the vehicle in less than an hour from pulling in the lot I owned a new jeep patriot! no pressure no gimmacks ,price on sticker was the price I paid! He helped me to finance through my local credit union! Very happy with purchase! Auto barn pays attention to the last detail on the vehicles they sell nice clean dependable vehicles! would highly recommend to any one looking for a used vehicle! And the apple pie was amazing gotta say he has my recipe beat!

After dealing with big dealerships in the past , buying my Tucson was a breeze. In the time it takes them to bake your apple pie, the process is done. They are very friendly, informative and just plain good people. Just a stroll around the cars sitting on the grass and into the pretty 1700s farmhouse to do the paperwork and you feel so at ease. None of the dealership trying to get your trade for next to nothing, they put it down on paper and explain it and when you leave with your new car and a hot apple pie you feel good and still have plenty of the day to enjoy. This was one of the best (if not the best) car buying experiences that I have ever had. Marla, John and Eric were polite, fun, pleasant and yet professional from my very first contact, all the way through the buying process, and even following up after the sale. They keep their word and do what they say they are going to do. I had to drive almost an hour to get to the Auto Barn but it was all so worth it. I love the car and had a great car buying experience. The home-baked, hot apple pie just added to the ambience of the entire transaction. I would highly recommend the Auto Barn to anyone who is interested in purchasing a vehicle. I must say -- this was the best, car buying experience Ive ever had! Im in my 60s and have purchased many vehicles, but I cant recall a more pleasant and fun time buying a car. From my first contact with Marla, through the paperwork, and even after the purchase, Marla, John and Eric have proven themselves to be courteous, fair, professional - throw in being fun and interesting people and folks who truly live up to their word. Hey! Hey! ya you! The one looking for a car...This this is the place you want to go first. I just ended my car buying search here, and have had no regrets. I rarely write reviews, but I thought this place really deserved it. Eric, Marla actually everyone there was friendly courteous and professional. I believe I was treated very fairly and they are true to their word and ideology of the "golden rule". I can assure you the next time a friend or a family member or myself need a vehicle This place is where I am going to go first. The whole business is located on a wonderful shaded area and the lot was clean and organized. They baked me a apple pie to say thank you after my purchase was complete. If I could give more stars I would...Now stop reading this go there :)

Absolutely love my car. I went in looking for another type of vehicle. Marla worked with us, helped us clarify our needs and found the perfect vehicle for us. It drives beautifully and is in perfect condition, For a family involved in a gradual cross country move over the next 15 months, it is ideal. I have been buying cars from The Auto Barn for well over 20 years and I just bought another one last week. What makes me keep returning to buy a car from John, Marla and Eric is that I trust them and they have never steered me wrong. They have always been kind and helpful and taken very good care of me. It is rather like going to talk to your neighbors, even though you dont live next door. Recently, my son has some questions about whether he should buy or sell his car...I sent him to Eric, who took the time to talk with him. And even though it could have been an opportunity to sell my son a new car....Eric told my son to hold on to his car for a while longer. That is a trait one does not readily find in car dealers. I was met with a friendly greeting, I knew which car I was interested in when I arrived and taking it for a test drive was quick and easy.
