My boyfriend bought a brand new car here at a great price from Obrian so he brought me to the same car salesman so I could get my own. We saw a used Hyundai Elantra w barely any miles on it a 2013 was practically new. It was love at first sight, I came back the next day and drove it off the lot. We noticed after the bumped on one side was a bit dented so Obrian had a loaner car set up, let me drop off the elantra & had it repaired like brand spankin new and it only took literally a couple days. Everything was easy, fast & very personable. Obrian treated me like we were friends hes known for years. The price of the car itself was great. I have never been happier. Ive only driven SUVS my entire life but I love this car so much I adjusted quickly and I dont think I would ever go to another dealership. I really am so pleased with how I was treated. I still can call obrian with any questions and he responds immediately which makes me feel even more comfortable I can rely on them god forbid something were to happen. I simply wanted the price of a new Tucson, thats it, should be simple right? Nope! I got all kinds of emails telling me how much they would help me, wanted me to come in, sent me prices on new and used vehicles none of which was the one I was interested in. Tried asking all kinds of questions, how much do you want to pay? How do we compare to other dealers? However I never got the price I asked for on the vehicle I wanted. I even a standard template email from the GM, I replied to that email and quests what, still no reply. Plenty of other dealers

"Salespersons Verbal Promise Not Being Honored"
Upon purchasing a used (2013) Hyundai Sonata in Yarmouth MA this past Spring of 2016, my salesperson verbally promised that my very first need for an oil changes cost would be covered by the Hyundai dealership. I spoke with service regarding same who advised me that in that case. I must speak to my salesperson who had promised same. Yesterday (01/23/2017) I called and spoke with the salesperson regarding same who blatantly came straight out and denied ever making any such promise/statement. At that time I also explained to him that I have received two recall notices as well The first recall notice stated that the undercarriage needed to be reinforced with spraying same. The second recall notice I received stated that the transmission and engine block were faulty and must be replaced in full. So while on the phone with my salesperson, I asked how I was supposed to get around while this work was going to be done on my vehicle. He replied that it would not be very long to service the above stated recall repairs. I replied that I would actually be able to wait in the service department while the work would be done? At that time he said that he must attend to another customer and promised that he would call me right back afterwards. He did not call me back. Now its another day and he still has not called me back???? When I was in the process of purchasing the vehicle, he called me and my sister so excessively that I went to the manager of the sales department and made a complaint about the excessive amount of pressure, stress and anxiety that his excessive phone calls and sales pressure were causing my sister that my sister had changed her mind about co-signing the vehicle for me.

My 2012 Sonata radio stopped working. I couldnt even turn the radio on. I live in Truro, MA, over 40 miles from the dealer, Balise Hyndai. I called Balise and was transferred to Tony Berenthal who knew what the problem was and guided me through the process to fix it. Using his cell phone, he stayed with me as I followed his instructions and got the radio working again. His patience should be rewarded, since I am technologically compromised. This was my third Hyundai and second used car. This dealership, even though is over 50 miles away from my house, was the best place to buy a car so far. The sales people are not pushy, very nice and going out of their way to make the customer happy. I picked up the car with 24 hours from giving a deposit at 7:30PM a night before. If only the dealer were closer to where I live, I would take my car there for service as well.
