Ive been bringing my Cadillac SRX here for regular maintenance and oil changes since I bought it here 3 years ago. Although they do a great job and are very friendly, on average I wait approximately a minimum of 2 hours. I never get an explanation as to why it takes so long. When I would bring my last car to a local service repair shop, I wouldnt wait longer than 45 minutes for the same service. Its my only real complaint.

I had a rumble coming from the rear of my 2009 cts. You did replace the rear wheel hub, and then, upon my request, determined that there still was a slight noise. It was determined that I just replaced the tires with the exact originals and apparently that is my issue. I was not charged for the additional diagnostics as it was part of an earlier visit.I was a bit annoyed that upon dpoing my oil chang at the same time that they had to hacksaw off the oil cap as the previous technician apparently screwed it on too tight, and I was aslo missing a washer at the oil pan. Come on, and I was charged for this. You have serviced my vehicle from the very beginning., no one else.

No sooner than you arrive, Dennis DeSilva welcomes you in, within minutes youre written up and escorted to the waiting lounge, and he periodically stops by to provide an update. Cadillacs service dept. and skilled staff is why I consider Cadillac my only choice in car dealerships.

While on the highway we saw some lights come on the panel. We usually have our Cadillac serviced at McGuire Cadillac in Woodbridge, NJ. We decided to find a dealer located on Rt. 17 as our business was in that area. They provided us with great courteous service and fixed the issue we had with some misfiring spark plugs. They managed to fix the problem while we waited in their waiting room for 4 Hours. The Service technician even offered to loan us a car so we could finish our business in the area. Now that is the way to do business. Thank you Mahwah Cadillac.

I reached out to them for some help since I was stranded at State Highway 17 right outside the dealership with a dead alternator and am not the most knowledgeable person on cars. Though I was w an Acura and they don’t really service Acuras they took the time to look into it and advise me on my next steps. While I was waiting for my tow truck they made me feel extremely comfortable in their waiting room during the stressful moments in spite that having no business benefits. Truly appreciate their customer service!!!!

Our experience at Mahwah of Cadillac couldnt have gone any better! Our sales rep Mike Esposito was an absolute pleasure to work with. Mike was very patient, accommodating and extremely knowledgeable. Mike spent over 4 hours with us and even stayed past business hours making sure that we chose the right vehicle. The sales manager and business manager were also extremely nice and easy to work with. My parents have been long time customers of Cadillac of Mahwah and I am very happy to be part of the Cadillac family. Whenever I take my vehicle into Cadillac of Mahwah I have a great experience. I had to schedule my vehicle for service and and a module change for my Air Conditioning. My service adviser Adam made arrangements for me to have a Courtesy vehicle. They had to keep my vehicle for another day and Adam called and asked if they could keep the vehicle an additional day. I was able to keep the Courtesy vehicle and additional day. When I brought the Courtesy vehicle back I was greeted by Adam who had someone go and get my vehicle. Thank You Cadillac of Mahwah for making my experience great.

I was going to wait for my car but the scheduled work was expected to take 2 1/2 hours. I was offered a loaner car. The car was the same model as my car. The paperwork process was quick and easy. When I returned the car to pick up my car, the work was done and the GM vehicle recall part was also installed. Saving me a trip back to the dealership at a later time. The service department even had my car washed. The service department is the best from scheduling to service.
