Im a serious buyer and reached out to them about a specific vehicle they showed in their inventory online. I had two different experiences with two different sales personnel and neither of them made it easy for me. One wouldnt listen to what I was trying to tell them multiple times and then other reached out with a price early which was nice (further than I could get with the other) but wouldnt engage further than that. Had a take it or leave it attitude rather than try to work with me and help me buy the car I wanted at a price I could live with. He was better than the other one who refused to text and kept saying "just come see me Ill take care of you" and yet I kept wanting to be "taken care of" with a simple price quote and Id make a payment that day over the phone. Im long distance and Im not going to come see him. Tried to tell him all of that and all he wanted was for me to fill out all of the paperwork before he would even quote a price and/or not listen and try to talk me into another car other than the one I wanted. SO frustrating being ready to buy with cash in hand and they had the car I wanted and yet they couldnt make it happen. Not a way to earn my business.

friendly sales person. nice clean car but the Nav didnt work so I couldnt buy the car. I would go back.
