Customer service, knowledge of product, and the friendly staff is unequaled in our opinion. I purchased a Ford Fiesta and Ford Ranger at Prime and have had all service completed there. I have been treated kindly and respectfully. Services costs are easily competitive (I am very frugal). Most importantly the do the work they say they will and they do it right. When an issue arises (as it does occasionally in the real world) they take necessary action to make it right. On only one occasion did I wait longer than the predicted time for an oil change. I was given an apology, told that I waited longer than I should have and I was not charged for the service.

Salesman Peter Macridis helped me find the best car for me (a used hatchback Mazda3 with very low mileage) rather quickly, and by the following day I was able to drive my new car off the lot without any real hassle or complication (delayed only by the fact of my own absence of full coverage insurance). I am extremely satisfied with my experience at Prime Ford/Mazda Saco, and with my new car.

My wife and I visited Prime to get an up close look at the car we were most interested in, not entirely sure we were financially ready, but we ended up taking it home the same day! The energy here is fantastic despite the rotation of 80s tunes in their showroom -- every salesperson and staffer acknowledges your presence and shows a wonderful optimism that isnt over the top or fake. Gives you the feeling you will walk in here 5 years later and shout out most or all of the same names. All in all, Primes handling of car buyers leaves nothing to be desired -- they are just a phone call away and you left feeling confident in your purchase (I knew exactly what I wanted and wasnt raked over the coals on price). Wed discovered a great deal on a used sportscar and drove three hours to this dealership (which had a much broader selection than ones in our area) to view.
